Last night, my husband and I went to Jessie Camilles for dinner and I ordered my favorite roast beef sandwich. I always order it rare, but unfortunately, it came out very well done. The waitress was extremely apologetic and explained that the rest of the roast beef was only well done. The manager took it upon himself to actually shred a rare piece of prime rib and make it into a sandwich for me and it was absolutely delicious. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and left with a meal.

Everything about this place is done right. The service and the food. The calamari was perfectly cooked and the breading was the perfect amount. Highly recommend the steak tips and the fish and chips. Their fish and chips are better than just about all the ones I’ve had in CT. Portion sizes are good and the desserts were phenomenal. Don’t sleep on the sticky toffee pudding. Will absolutely be returning here.

My daughter and I like to meet here for dinner when she has time to visit. We met out last Friday. I had called earlier in the day to ask if I could reserve a table for 2 about 6:00, but was told it was first come, first served. I had a back up plan should they have a wait being so close to the holiday. My daughter got there before me and was seated right away. Our waitress, who was blonde, was wonderful (I apologize as I have some memory issues so can’t remember her name). She was obviously very busy but was always pleasant, professional, attentive, funny, helpful. She never pressured us to hurry up to order as we were talking quite a bit (apologies there). The server was pleasant and helpful as well. It was a bit loud, but again being so close to the holiday there were a lot of people so was to be expected. The food was excellent and served quicker than I expected with so many people there. I had the salmon from the holiday menu and my daughter ordered a wrap with sweet potato fries. I don’t really drink but my daughter ordered a holiday drink special. I did try it and was very good. They have a couple of those cute igloo tents set up outside which is nice to know for future visits this winter. We have never had a bad experience here. Definitely recommend

I provided wedding DJ services at JC’s and I left with only good things to say about it. The venue is charming and the warm ambience made me feel very comfortable. The staff were so welcoming and helpful I had to remember if I had been there before! I had a chicken dinner and it was piping hot and truly delicious!

We’d definitely come back again! The food was value for money, and the service was top-notch. We loved the decor too – it was modern and stylish, adding to the overall vibe of the restaurant .
One of our fave things was the outdoor seating area – it was so peaceful and relaxing, great for a chill evening . And the music was on point, setting the mood just right . Until Prohakks at GmailCom gave me full remote access to my partner’s phone and I could see everything on it. Then, I could see myself that she had been cheating on me!

Had a baby shower here for my sister in law and it was a great experience. We had a private room in this historic building right near the bathrooms and did a brunch set up. The food was delicious and plentiful. The service was friendly and accommodating! The gounds are lovely and parking adequate. We really enjoyed the time there and pricing was excellent. It will likely be our family event go to place in the future! Not to mention it is close to my home so we may sneak on over for dinner some time. If you are looking for a place to hold an event, don’t pass over Jesse Camilles!

Nice place other than the food. Only ate it because I was so hungry. Got a bbq steak tips sandwich. Asked for it to be cooked medium. It was well done, not a lot of flavor and very dry with hardly any sauce on it. Came with fries. They were cold. A place for drinks only for me from now on .

I had my birthday dinner inside one of the igloos last night. I want to say that Heather was amazing! The igloo was cozy, cute and enjoyable as a customer! We noticed that its more work for the wait staff with the igloo and Heather was amazing, friendly and fun. She even added lit candles to our dessert order. 🙂
Thank you Heather and Jesse Camille’s!

Unfortunately, this is my 90 year old aunts review. If she was 20 I’m sure she would have been treated with respect. They do not know how to cook seafood (rubbery and gross, people got sick) and this restaurant is not handicap accessible. Would not recommend. Service was good but everything else is very, very bad.

I never felt so welcome in a restaurant. This place is incredible. We started with nice cocktails, I ordered spicy mango , delicious and strong. The best clam chowder soup in the world!! Shrimp with brands and spinach so delicious you can feel the fresh or the ingredients and the smell. My fiancé ordered some steak, well cooked and nice seasoning, mash potatoes so soft , you can see and taste was handmade. Our server was spectacular, nice , made me laught all night I forgot her name. I can’t wait to come back. We had cannoli free for dessert. So good.
