Decided to try this spot out after reviewing the menu. I had the curry chicken roti and man this was perfect. When I go back to NY I always eat carribean food since my fathers side is from guyana. This was delicious and better than other carribean spots in the charlotte area. This ran at $10 and was very filling. Be sure to call ahead and place your order for pickup.

This place was 30 minutes out of my way and I have no regrets about taking the drive. Note: call and order ahead. I’d share a picture of my goat roti but there’s none left LOL. JESLN’s is saved to my Google maps now.

Even better the next day!! It was last minute and I had called three different Caribbean restaurants with no luck on finding a caterer for the graduation party. I was given her name by the last restaurant I called and they said she could make the vegan options I wanted. I was very particular because I wanted the dishes with no meat and certain spice levels. I asked for “Festival” and she knew exactly what I wanted! When the food arrived I took a taste of that dumpling and was immediately happy with my selection. Curry Chickpeas, Calilou, Roti, Rice and peas, Festival. The whole process from menu selection, payment, and delivery was smooth and seamless. The next day my neighbors were texting me telling me how good it was the next day! Thank you Roti Queen

Visited Charlotte from Raleigh in search of Trinidadian food and JESLN was able to deliver. Ordered some Doubles which tasted amazing and certainly reminded me of the street vendors in T&T.

The best Roti and red snapper in Charlotte! The food is seasoned to perfection and fresh! Worth every dime. My husband even complimented her service because he has experienced horrible service from many Caribbean spots in Charlotte. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else! My only suggestion is to add plantain as a side.

I just love how personable miss Renee is! She made me feel right at home from the moment we spoke on the phone! Not only that her food is amazing! I am so grateful to have a variety in Caribbean food here in Charlotte. When you think of Caribbean/ West Indian food most people only think of Jamaican food but there is so much more then that . ..thank you for offering your home’s cuisine in our little city in the South

We drove 30 mins to get two chicken rotis and are happy we did. Absolutely delicious, freshly made and great customer service! Stopped by Super G supermarket on the way home to get a case of vita malt and had a West Indian Saturday afternoon.

Mrs. Renee (the owner) is so sweet and pleasant and makes everyone feel very welcome when they come. The food is authentic and home made. I enjoyed my visit there!
