First came the food truck then the restaurant. We are open on the Seaside Heights Boardwalk 7 days a week. Stop by to try our pork roll creations like our Pig & a Yolk, a traditional pork roll, egg & cheese, or our Award winning Dirty Italian with 3 slices of breaded pork roll, melted provolone cheese, and topped with marinara. It’s a parmesan sandwich reinvented with a touch of Jersey. Can’t wait to see you on the boards.

Stopped at The Jersey Roll for a beer and maybe a bite, but as soon as I looked up at the ceiling tiles, I thought I was in a crime scene investigation. The place was empty and the vibe screamed “1985 never left.” Ended up just getting a beer, didn’t trust the kitchen after seeing the décor. Oh, and the men’s bathroom? The stall door was literally taped to the wall with electrical tape. Pretty sure nobody is doing maintenance here. This place could really use a remodel or maybe just a bulldozer.

Possibly the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. We were looking forward to a nice Father’s Day dinner. While our server was very nice, most of the food here was inedible. My husband ordered the ribs which came out burnt and hard as a rock. My kids both got burgers which were pretty much the same, and so thin that it couldn’t even be called a burger, with a huge, dry roll instead of a bun. The server took one look when I told her and apologized, agreed with us and took those three items right off the bill. My lobster roll, while edible, was probably the worst I’ve ever had. The kids pasta was absolute mush. The crab dip was so thick and hard that it was impossible to actually dip the chips in it. Disappointing because the taste of that was actually decent. The mussels were the only thing we were happy with. Like what happened here? I’ve never been to a place where everything has been this bad. We didn’t finish anything except the lobster roll.

I was told by the server that they just opened the upstairs this year and it’s the same kitchen for upstairs and downstairs. Seems like they’ve gone for quantity over quality in this case. We left with my husband and kids still hungry, but couldn’t go anywhere else to eat because it was late and we still wasted $88 for everything else. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Was very pleasantly surprised by how good their food and drinks were! This place is right on the boardwalk and great for people watching. Most of their tables are high tops or seating at the bar. The food was delicious and the plating is great! We went for a bingo brunch, but really enjoyed ourselves all the way around. They have a really nice drink menu too! And the staff is great! I got the wedge salad and the dressing was so good! I also tried the blueberry smash drink. Very good ☺️

We came yesterday and had the best bartender and experience. So we came back today to see Rachel and get one of her delicious banana margaritas!! She not only remembered us, she made the best 0margaritas with different colored garnishes! She’s the best and so much fun! The food is really good too.

We are spending the weekend in seaside for a cheer comp and just had the absolute best burgers ever here! Service was fantastic and we felt so welcomed with a friendly “hello!” When we walked in! We are spending a week here in the summer and we will DEFINITELY be back!!!!!

If your looking for hot garbage then this is the place for you. Actually it wasn’t even hot. Sat there for 20 mins before even getting water along with the other drink we ordered. 40 minutes later our food comes out, to the wrong table and it was the worst looking omelette I have ever seen in my life. This thing literally had 2 slices of government cheese that didn’t even melt. A 5 year old kid could’ve made a better meal. Then another waitress working there has the nerve to come up to us and tell us the chef is her husband. Dude needs to learn how to cook the easiest thing in the world, eggs. Also don’t order the “grey” color pork roll unless your looking to die.

One star is too generous! I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon, ordered the lobster roll and it was the worst lobster roll I have ever had in my life. It was not fresh, it was so watery, had no flavor.. I guess they put it in the freezer, reheated and served it back. The grilled chicken sandwich, chicken was raw and French fries were so greasy. Clam chowder was bitter and tasted like it was about to go bad. It was not cheap either. Spent $80 for those 3 things and 2 beers. Go there to get a drink and enjoy the boardwalk. Do not spend your money in the food. (Ps. The waitress confirmed they were under staffed )

Coming from NY, I’ve always been a bacon egg and cheese gal. Normally I expect a Taylor ham egg and cheese, but this pork roll was surprisingly great. There was a good amount of pork to egg ratio. Downside was that the roll is $10 which seems pretty steep.

Visited here during the off-season in March. Came to try the beef cheesesteak and a beer after walking the board walk on St. Patrick’s Day.

I am reviewing Jersey Roll’s Breakfast items. First off, the line was long for the morning time with one lady in the front and two grill men in the back. Finally got to the front of the line after 20 mins or so. Put my order in with an unfriendly lady and not even sure if she put my order in correctly as the receipt showed was not. Granted, it was freaking BUSY for no reason. The picture is of my $12 Breakfast platter, which the lady got wrong bc I clearly said I wanted French toast sticks. After a few mins of waiting on my order, another lady came to relieve the first one (this one was nicer.) again, I waited over 30 mins for one “breakfast platter” and an egg on a roll. 30 darn mins!! Anyway, the take away here is, the French toast sticks were the only thing edible. Pancakes were meh and don’t even get me started on the eggs. Eat at your own risk.
