This Margherita pizza is one of the best I’ve had in Jersey. The crust hits that sweet spot thin and lightly charred with just the right amount of chew never floppy, never tough.
The tomato sauce was bright, tangy, and super flavorful, It carried so much flavor on its own and paired beautifully with the mozzarella (I think they could a bit more heavy on the cheese jk :P) and fresh basil leaves.
Another plus: it doesn’t give you that heavy “pizza coma” feeling after a slice or two.
I ordered takeout this time, but next time I definitely want to try it in-store.
Honestly, the owners should consider adding a QR code in the shop to encourage Google reviews. With pizza this good, it would help more people discover the place.

This place opened recently in Journal Square I was so excited to try it and i was so happy with everything that i have tried so far. Their pizzas are so soft and crispy at the bottom, their cookies are super soft the garlic bread is to die for. And the staff is super sweet and friendly. The vibe of the place is retro highly recommend!! They are also dog friendly!

This place is INSANE! The crust is so thin and crispy, just perfect! Honestly, their pizza tastes better than most high-end Italian restaurants. The margherita is so fresh, it’s like they picked the tomatoes right from the garden and squeezed them right on the dough. The mushroom pizza blew me away – tastes exactly like what I had in Italy. Super friendly staff, superfast service. Best pizza I’ve had in NY/NJ! Great job, guys!

My husband and I were awaiting to try out this new pizza joint and we are sure glad we did. After living here for over 10 years, we were in search of excellent pizza after moving here from NYC. We tried many pizzerias in the area and they did not hit the spot.
We ordered the Margherita gourmet pie. It is absolutely delicious! The sauce is amazing. Very fresh. We will be regulars.
