This is not OK usually Jersey Mike’s is super diligent at putting the proper amount of food on your sandwich. I should not be paying $20 for a couple pieces of meat and Lettuce not only that they got our orders wrong. This happened today at 7:30 PM. I don’t know if it was a new worker but this is not OK. I could’ve made 10 of these sandwiches for $20.

Store is newly opened and busy, but it was also well staffed. Great job getting the food out to the hungry folks. We got 5 subs from the app. All 5 were perfectly made.. The atmosphere in the store was very positive.

I came in just now for myself 15 minutes before close for a Philly to satisfy a pregnancy craving. They told me that they had already turned off the machine. While I don’t necessarily think that’s appropriate anyway I told them “no worries sorry about that have a great night” as I’m walking out of with my sister, they start talking and laughing and looking at us as we leave.
It was unprofessional, rude, and uncalled for considering I was kind about the inconvenience.
Don’t usually have a problem although I don’t think I will be coming back.

The subs are great. They stick on way too much lettuce and oil and vinegar. I usually have to say just a little and it’s good. Need more employees in the front to pay attention were customers are waiting for their subs to be made… I noticed an employee came in and right away she went to work on orders to go or waiting and there was not too many to make ,when she should have been helping customers first at the front who were waiting in line to order…Need more Dining room…
