I’ve never been to a Jersey Mike’s before, so I’m not sure about other locations. But I had a nice time here. It was clean, and we were greeted very nicely by staff. They were really helpful and friendly. The food came out fast, but not so fast it wasn’t made well. I had a chicken Philly, and it was really good. Husband had the steak Philly, and it was dripping with cheese, meat, and onions/peppers. It was busy since it was lunchtime on a Saturday, but we got a seat no problem. Most business was takeout or Door Dash. Had a nice experience here, and I would visit this location again.

I like jersey mikes, but this one, the young lady making my sandwich wiped lettuce off the counter then proceeded to touch my sandwich and threw what seems to be lettuce bits that were off the counter and cutting board back into the lettuce bin. Not very sanitary. I won’t be returning to this location.

What a great little place that opened up at queensgate now. This is a much bigger place than the other one in Kennewick. I don’t think you can go wrong at either one of them they’re very clean. The service isn’t as fast as I would expect but for the most part the vegetables are very fresh everything looks really good and like I said it was very clean the counters were clean you didn’t find food all over the floor great job you guys. I’m sure glad I caught some pictures today of the workers they look like they’re all wearing masks at work. And I wasn’t taking pictures of them to see if they were wearing a mask. Interesting another review goes on and on about mask wearing.

I recently left my position at this fast-food location, and my overall experience was mixed. While the day-to-day work was straightforward and most team members were friendly, I did run into a serious issue at the end of my employment. I still have not received my final paycheck despite multiple attempts to follow up and provide all necessary information.
Timely payment is a basic expectation for any employer, and the lack of clear communication has been frustrating and disappointing. I hope management resolves this promptly for future employees, as no one should have to chase down wages they’ve already earned.
Since they said I was lying ill put the receipts lol don’t be fooled reading this response was the first hearing about we’re my check went so comment still stands also wants to sit there and say this is the first hearing from me lol no when the check comes in we will see what day it was stamped

Love this Jersey Mikes Location! I don’t go often, but when I do, it’s always to the location on Queensgate. The one star reviews I have read for this place are nitpicky and some are not even accurate. The staff is friendly and the Management team is incredible! I have had many run-ins with the Assistant Manager (I think his name is Jacob??) But he does an amazing job! Big shout out to this location!!
