The food was delicious but unfortunately while I was waiting for my DoorDash the staff was talking about the manager and other employees badly. Talking about work gossip and saying they were going to walk out. I was waiting with three other people, no one even asked for our names or what we were waiting on. Three workers were so busy chatting they didn’t see the line of people waiting to pick up orders. I have come to eat at this establishment multiple times and this is the first time I’ve experienced anything like this.

Smooth grand opening, serving fresh food with a lot of love. The freshly sliced meat, toppings and bread combine to put their sandwich near the top of the list. Grew up in Brooklyn so it’s nice to have some East coast vibe in Walla Walla.

Nice staff here. The Big Kahuna Chicken wrap was really good. Lots more jalapenos than expected. Great mesh of flavors. Regular sandwiches looked good as well. Have been to JM before but this location motivated me to download the app.

I go in at least once a week and the staff always nails my specific sandwich modifications. They recognize me and my order by now and are always so friendly and joke around while making my food. Highly recommend!

I dont see this very often but im super impressed with this establishment. 2 times now that I ha e gone i was treated so well. I did an online order for pickup and thye were running little late so I had to wait. I had no problems waiting I was just enjoying my day and so the wait was not an issue but the employee was sorry for my wait and offered me a free drink which I was appreciative for but didn’t feel like I was waiting so declined. Then I ordered online for delivery and they had run out of something so they tried replacing it with something else, wrote me a not explaining what happened and took care of me. The people here are amazing

Love the food here, unfortunately, I had to wait forty five minutes for my to go order. When I asked for the manager or supervisor they could not be found anywhere for over thirty minutes. They really should hire competent employees. I had a really good experience last month with rachel, but this time I dealt with you new employees who have not been properly trianed.

Food was mid, nothing special by any means, but the service was atrocious, dark haired lady with glasses and tattoos was incredibly rude, acted like we were an inconvenience to her, had to tell her 3 times all the sandwiches we were ordering were supposed to be giants and she STILL got it wrong, to the point we just stopped correcting her and one of us just settled with a regular, not to mention the food is ridiculously overpriced especially for the very mediocre food quality, never coming back to this location
