Not only do the sandwiches from this Jersey Mike’s taste incredible, but the team here are some of the most approachable and talented I’ve met. Johnny and Lily are two of the workers that come to mind, but I would say the same for every crew member here. They make great subs, they’re cooked/flavored amazingly, and they genuinely care about you having a good experience. The Jersey Mike’s chain should be proud of the manager and crew here at the Pasco Jersey Mike’s!

We got the portobello cheesesteak which is one of the featured subs, it was sooooo good. The cheese was melted and gooey & it was hot & the fresh bell peppers & mushrooms went well with the soft bread, but the breadwas firm enough on the outside to keep the sub together. But we have never been here and apparently when you order hot subs you need to tell them what additions you would like when you are first ordering…like lettuce & tomato, mayo or mustard … or they make it stock.
I got the featured turkey club, it came with avocado bacon and I got it made the Jersey Mike’s way which is with lettuce, tomato, onion, oil vinegar, and the Oregano shaker. The avocado was fresh, the bacon cooked crip & perfectly. It was very good, but I might try one of these with more variety of meats because I like more saltiness.
They have a great selection of drinks including sweetened and unsweetened tea and in their fridge they have carbonated sodas With no sugar and they have alternative sodas sweetened with Agave too. They had your choice of white, whole wheat bun , rosemary parmesan, or gluten free breads.
The employees were super helpful and friendly. I would be prepared to wait for your hot subs to cook as they take a little bit longer on the grill. But totally worth the wait.. We will definitely be coming back here again and again.

This location is great. I have no experience with any other locations, but this spot is near my work and they are always quick, friendly, and fresh. The lobby is always clean, the staff greats you when you walk in with a smile, no matter how busy they are. Keep up the great work!

Yesterday we were taken care of by incredible team of two gals Code and Rihanna. They were so helpful and we enjoyed how personable the whole experience was. It was our first time in, they were very patient, supportive and kind. We look forward to enjoying Jersey Mike’s again in the future. It truly made our day as we had been on a long road trip home all day long.

I order from this store in particular (despite there being two others in my area) because the service is SO good, food is 99% of the time right (meaning they are super humans who rarely even make one tiny mistake while I make tons more), and they seem to remember me when I come in. The only tiny mistake that ever happened, I was over compensated by a free sub!! Love this place!!!

Awesome tasty Salad and Sub Sandwiches! Whole family enjoyed! Phenomenal customer service! They had very nice quality fresh ingredients! Very generous with the meat! Very tasty! They were very engaging, gave great suggestions and even were very kind to our kiddos! They were quick and fast! Would highly recommend!

I arrived at about the time my sandwich was supposed to be ready, and I was told it was almost done, even though they hadn’t even started making it (the young lady was cleaning the grill with no food being made on it). It took another 15 minutes to get my sandwich. While I was waiting, they told another customer that their food was almost ready when they hadn’t started making theirs either.
The sandwich was good and correct in then end, but they are obviously not timely with their orders. I would appreciate an honest response from the staff rather than an obvious lie about my order being made.
