30+ minutes to make one Philly Sandwich. Employees act as if its a disservice to make an order. Why are they working for a Sandwich shop if its inconvenient for them? Extremely rude employees. Tables had leftover crumbs and food, the floor looks like it hasn’t been swept all day. Watching the employees handle money and not wash or put on gloves when handling food. Terrible. Another employee playing on the phone while one person is making the food. Not efficient. 1 star for this new sandwich shop. The picture reflects all that is written for proof. 30+ minutes and no one is there making Sandwiches with 4 customers in the lobby.

Terrible service. Ordered online and arrived at pick up time, sandwiches not made. That’s fine. But then they continued to make sandwiches for others in line who came in after us. We waited 30 minutes for two sandwiches with three employees and two people in line.

The lady making my sandwich was amazing. Super friendly blondish hair. Everytime an employee went to go do something the annoying manager tried coaching them right in front of me to show his power. I was in there last night. The manager needs to back off. He was trying to be friendly but he would rudely start bossing the emoloyeees around right in front of me. No emoloyee wants a micromanager. My husband and I have ordered here three times and everytime they have messed our order up.
My husband loves vinegar but Jersey Mikes always puts too much oil and vinegar, so he orders it with none on it and then put it on the side. Everytime the sandwhich is soaked with vinegar! So much he can’t even finish one section of it.
Very frustrating to spend $20 on a sandwhich that is wrong when you order it online and are very clear with the instructions.
Probably won’t order again.

I went in for a sandwich tonight, and had to wait 30+ minutes for it to be ready even though maybe 5 people had ordered in those 30 minutes. Normally I’d give benefit of doubt but this is the second time it’s happened and to top it off they got mine and my buddies order wrong. I think they’re night shift may need more training

Awesome location, the sandwiches are always made fast and well and the employees are so friendly. Chains in Spokane never seem as good as they are other places, I’m not sure why, but this location holds up! Have yet to be disappointed

Saw the new JM was open close to me so decided to order lunch today. Same consistency but my order was incorrect – asked for lettuce (x2) on my cheesesteak but once unpackaged, surprise no lettuce! They had 10 people working behind the counter but still failed me. It was probably a simple overlook but it is what it is.

I went there to get food for my wife in after care there were more employees than customers in the store, I was only person at the order window stood there for about 4 minutes not one employee acknowledged me so I left. Would have been my first time buying their food, was kinda excited about the Italian sub but I’ll never know.
