Wow! I have never seen such a happy team in food service; 9 people in line and they took care of everyone efficiently with attention to detail. Great, flavorful hot Italian sub with just the right account of hot sauce, and perfect thin slices of meat sliced immediately before serving. A great sandwich and a bargain. These guys deserved their double tip we gave them.

Ordered a big kahuna no jalapeños to split. Took 30+ minutes with 3 people ahead of us. I asked for no jalapeños twice to the same girl. Once we got our sub after a long painful time of watching the slowest sub makers I have ever seen (excluding the young girl in the front who seemed to be having to run the show). between two young boys who seemed like they were more interested in each other then the task at hand, whom also kept scratching their heads and adjusting their hats with their gloves on, the one young girl in the front who had to keep correcting the boys and the older lady in the back, $20 for one sub and 30+ minutes is insane. The one boy specifically looked high and worked at turtle speed with no sense of urgency or surrounding, who knows maybe he was new but even then that’s crazy. Once we got to the counter I had to ask for my sub to be cut. Anyways we got our sub and low and behold jalapeños on our sub. The sub was delicious so worth it if you have the money and all day to wait. But I’d hope that they pay more attention to detail incase someone with an allergy comes in to prevent something unfortunate. Also being mindful of cross contamination is extremely important, from the gloves touching contaminants, to lettuce replacement inserts being placed on the cutting board designated for people’s food to be made, to the large handful of onions being transported across the kitchen with gloved hands to the next work station, I’d say some more training throughout the whole staff needs to be implemented.

We placed a large last minute order for our office and the earliest pickup time available was 12:30pm. We called to see if there was any chance we could pick it up a little earlier, and they were amazing—super accommodating and started our order right away. Everything was ready quickly, fresh, and exactly what we needed. Excellent customer service and very much appreciated!

The subs have improved from my first visit 3 months ago
I’ve never gotten a bad sub from JM. Is the location new, yeah. Are the sandwiches good, yeah. People working were very nice, the place was clean and it didn’t take long to get my food. My husband and I got 2 subs, 2 chips, and 2 cookies – exactly what we get at Subway, and it was 10$ cheaper at JM

Quick and easy lunch. Sandwiches are always good. The hot sandwiches are the most flavorful but if you order ahead of time they won’t start the hot sandwich until you are there physically. I guess thats nicest you have a hot sandwich but if you are in a rush just be aware it may not be very quick.
Otherwise its your typical fast food joint nothing too special.

The Original Italian was amazing. Reminds me of the sub shops back East. They cut the meat and cheese right in front of you!!! Very fresh !!!! For the people complaining about wait time…they just opened…of course they’re going to be busy. Give them some slack!! I had 6 people in line in front of me and barely had to wait. Everyone was very nice and I used a coupon I got in the mail. Zero complaints!!! If you don’t want to have to wait order from the app and don’t go during a lunch rush..common sense !

Filing this under a different name because I live here, but I did file a complaint with the department of health. The girl cutting the meats and cheese has such long fingernails that they poked right through the fingertips of her rubber gloves, and she’s touching everybody’s food with her bare fingers. The couple in front of me had six or seven items so she moved over to add the toppings on my sandwich again with her bare fingers. The bacon tray was almost empty, just crumbs, and instead of going and getting new bacon she lifted the grate, dumped the crumbs into the tray full of grease, grabbed a handful from the grease with her hands, and put it on the sandwich. She then moved the sandwich from the plastic cutting board to the bare metal counter, reached under the counter and grabbed a wet white rag and rang it out, wiped down the cutting board, then with her wet gloves and bare fingers, grabbed the sandwich and wrapped it. I could not believe what I was watching, this girl has either had zero training, or she just doesn’t care. Either way, I bet she’s going to care when the owner gets the report from the DOH, beyond disgusting and they will never get another penny from us or any of our family/friends.

They don’t toast your sub. Ever. Not even if you ask nicely. Not even if you beg with sad sandwich eyes. I walked in ready to enjoy a warm, melty masterpiece—and instead, got a cold bread reality check. I asked if they could toast it and was met with the kind of “no” that felt rehearsed… like they’ve had this conversation 300 times and still refuse to plug in the toaster. To be fair, the sandwich was fine. The ingredients were fresh, and they moved quickly. But let’s be honest—a sub without toasting is just a cold assembly of what could’ve been great.
If you’re into room-temperature disappointment layered with good intentions, this might be your spot. But if you believe in the healing power of warm bread, keep driving.
Also parking can be tricky as it shares a parking lot with other restaurants

We ordered ahead last night as we were traveling through Moses Lake on our way to our destination. I had asked for a special request with my sandwich due to being pregnant. When I opened my sandwich order there was my name written with a heart on the bag and an extra free cookie. Both employees we interacted with greeted us with happy smiles and went above and beyond. Made our night. We will definitely be back for food next time we pass through!
