I have been to this Jersey Mike’s three times now, and each time the service and the sandwiches have been excellent! Even when there is a large line, the employees get through the customers very quickly and all the while, with a smile on their face, asking you about your day and what your plans are! They are very personable. They work with a sense of urgency and the quality of the food is really great! Alex and the rest of the team are top notch and I appreciate their stellar customer service! Every one here was friendly although I didn’t get all of there names. OT inspired me to leave this review with his excellent customer service. He toasted my bread. No other jersey Mike’s employee has ever done that for me. He was busy when I walked in but still took the time to greet me with a smile. Instead of saying he didn’t have the bread I wanted. He offered to make it and notified me about the wait time. Good customer service is rare these days.

My experience has always been good when I’ve gone to this location. I wish I would have remembered her name but I was really impressed with this associate who was working all alone, moving quickly ,remembered everything I wanted on the sandwich and greeted everyone who came in. There was a line quickly forming and she didn’t seem the least overwhelmed. Jersey mikes red vignar sauce is what makes them stand out from the rest for me, also the cookies and the brownies are better than subway in my opinion.

This place is amazing, it’s clean and very organized and the young ladies that work there one girls name is Alex she is wonderful, well her staff the girls they are nice and very friendly.. I recommend this sandwich place to anyone. It’s feels very comfortable and the atmosphere is great..
