This sub is juicy, and what I believe separates it from the others is the lettuce and oil. It has a slight bite, and a crunch. Combined with the meats and toppings, and that’s a good sub right there.

Hands down the most inefficient “fast food” I’ve ever gotten. I was on North Fort for a meeting and decided to stop by the drive through. First mistake – you can’t order in the drive through, only pick up. So I spent the 15 minutes i had stuck in the line to download the app and order. It told me I had about a 30 minute wait. When I got to the window, they said it wasn’t ready so I offered to wait inside so those behind me could go. Went inside and ended up waiting another 20 minutes.
I can’t blame the employees, they are working hard. They just need more people over the lunch rush. But I won’t be ordering from here again.

Went in to order a #26 sub. Service went well and staff was nice. While eating my sandwich, there was a looong brown piece of straight hair entangled in my sub. I have locs so I immediately knew it wasn’t mine. Went to get a refund and there was no empathy or concern nor apology to me as a customer. It was only two ladies there and I knew exactly where the hair came from. The one who made my sub, with brown straight hair, tried to give me a refund which took 25 min because she didn’t know the system. I was highly upset and will never go back. I don’t understand how you make a sub and not see your hair entangled in before you wrapped up my sandwich like the hair was very visible. Almost felt intentional. Thank GOD I seen it before I continued eating it. Disgusting.

Never had them mess up any of my orders and I’ve eaten here quite a bit since they opened. Staff is always friendly, the orders are occasionally later than the advertised time on the app but that’s to be expected when you get swarmed with 100 hungry troops.

I can’t believe the amount of times I have ordered on the app, wait 20 minutes then head to the restaurant. Just to find out they didnt even start my order. Then I end up waiting upwards of 30 for it to be done. Other times they are very much on time. Most of the time it takes 45 minutes to an hour. Some of the staff here has screwed up like this or even got my order wrong every time.
