Had a food order pickup and was kinda disappointed as the gentlemen next to me was not impressed by all the talking by the employees and waiting 35 minutes to get his order done.

Have to say I was very impressed with the service went in for a soda discovered they had the root beer my little one loves so I tried to get the fountain n it was out so I told them and by time they changed it I had got a different drink and didn’t want to waste it so I said no worries next time however the amazing young lady at the counter who was cleaning said just grab a can put the fridge.. I’m gonna assume she may have paid out her pocket as I don’t want her to get in trouble. For that I am grateful and so is my little one.. I will be back for an amazing sandwich..

I don’t normally don’t give places bad reviews because I don’t like being that guy or a complainer. But, this place needs to get its act together. The last few times we’ve ordered from here it takes forever even placing our order online ahead of time. I was there and it took over 15 minutes to get a sub made and there was only one person in front of me. There’s one employee making subs while all the other employees were standing around watching. It shouldn’t take that long to get a sub made. The food is always great but the wait times and how long it takes to get your food is a little over the top. Like I said I’m not the type to complain but I know others feel the same way just talking to other patrons in the restaurant while waiting.

I ordered food for my husband to grab on his way home from work. What should have taken 15 MAYBE 20 minutes if it’s busy, took over 50 minutes today. (2 others in line) While he waited, the walk-in customers were ordering and walking out the door with their meals. I can’t tell you how frustrating this is for people who order ahead of time and STILL end up waiting 45-50 minutes. I know I’m not the only one this has happened to, because it isn’t the first time for us. Can JM get their act together when it comes to customer service?

The first and ONLY time I will ever go here. My wife ordered two turkey sandwiches, then asked if she could add ham to one, since our daughter likes ham and turkey. After she orders hers and our twins sandwiches, I order mine. When the twins’ sandwiches came up, she noticed that both sandwiches had ham and only one had turkey. My wife mentioned that this was a mistake and the guy who took her order comes up and gaslights her by saying “that’s not what you said, you said extra meat.”

Of all the sandwich shops, Jersey Mike’s is my favorite! I love the #7, turkey and provolone, but I do not get it Mike’s Way, but that’s just me. They are always so friendly and it’s clean in the restaurant. I like to get a sandwich for lunch once or maybe twice a month and I’m always surprised when my rewards allows me a free sandwich. It’s such a bonus and nice surprise!

This was our first experience at this place! We were in amazement of the outstanding customer service! Since it was our first time, we were unsure what to order and the manager recommend we try the #9 based on our preference and we shared the giant size. Oh my goodness, the sub was delish! We ate it all, hands down the best! Stop in and experience superior service, cleanliness, and delicious food!!!! We are from out of town and will be back just to enjoy a meal and service again at this place!!! Thank you!!!
