Great experience at Jersey Mike’s! The staff was friendly, fast, and clearly cared about making the sandwiches right. The store was clean, organized, and had a great atmosphere from the moment I walked in. My sub was fresh, perfectly made, and packed with flavor — you can really taste the quality ingredients. The team worked well together and kept the line moving while still giving great customer service. Definitely one of the best sandwich spots around. I’ll be coming back again soon!

I love Jersey Mike original subs and have it mikes way !,and cheese steak with mushrooms and onions! They are always so good! Makes me miss home I am from NJ! The staff is aways friendly and my orders are alway just how I order them.

This location is always busy. I don’t mind waiting for my order. I usually get the secret menue #99 as its the best sub in my opinion. I would like to say the manager Christina is really amazing. She always has a warm greeting and knows our order.

This store consistently messes up online pick up orders. I can’t say I’ve ever gotten a sub from this store that has been exactly what I ordered. Small things here and there are fine if they’re busy i get that. But every single time is crazy. This the lowest rated jersey mikes I’ve seen. Lower than the one in maple valley that is notorious for messing up orders too. It’s actually impressive how bad it is. I’d steer clear of this one. The jersey mikes across from Chick-fil-A on the other side of meridian, has much better service. I will be going to that one from now on.

Went to this location for the first time today and there’s definitely a big difference. Young girl slicing the meat had an attitude problem for sure, maybe she was having a bad day? But she was rolling her eyes at everything! The other 2 gentlemen were nicer and made sure our order was right. I think i’ll stick to driving the extra 10 minutes up meridian to the other location.

I love coming to this location to get my Jersey Mike’s fix! All of the employees are so kind and helpful! Even when they are slammed they are still kind and courteous! A lot of times I don’t even have to tell them my order.

I don’t know why everytime i order online here i always get my food 20-45 minutes after it was soupoused to be ready. Foods fine but its unacceptable that they do not at least try to adhere to their time frame. Like they didnt even start cooking my order until we got there. Like if it was a one time thing id get it, but its literally everytime i go there.

Ordered from Buckley in advance, drove to Puyallup, 35 min to pick up, and still had to wait 25 min for the order to be prepared. Online ordering with Jersey Mike’s is terrible. Maybe consider prioritizing orders when a customer pays in advance.
