Typical Jersey Mike’s. I always order their hot philly cheese steaks instead of there cold subs. I like to get the giant size cause I’m able to cut it into 4 decent servings and have something for lunch for a couple days.

I’ll start with the good.. Pretty decent sandwiches. A lot of ingredients and very tasty but still I’ve had better. It took no time at all to prepare and serve our meal just the way we wanted. At $26 for a mini sub and a medium size sandwich, one small soda and a tiny bag of chips it definitely wasn’t the best value around. I think there’s other sandwich shops nearby that offer equal or better food for a lot less. Also, not the neatest, tidyest place, could definitely use an updated decor.

Ordered jersey mikes through the app today and left a note asking for my meat to be separated as I’m pregnant and wanted to be able to heat it up before eating. The staff went above and beyond by separating the meat in sealed container, as well as sealed and separated condiments. I am so happy to be able to eat a sub sandwich and so grateful for the persons/people who took the time and thought to ensure I got food I was able to eat! Thank you so much!

This was not the best Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever had to be honest. I’ve definitely had better. Staff was not very friendly, definitely not rude but more so just ambivalent. I know food service isn’t the world‘s greatest job, but it is nice to be acknowledged when you’re a paying customer.

To the two guys who were working here around 8:00pm on Friday August 29, you guys made me my first ever Jersey Mikes Sub and you totally rocked my world. No joke it was literally the best sandwich of any kind I’ve ever had in my entire life. I could barely breathe while I was eating it. Watching the meat get sliced and added was whimsical, I didn’t know it was possible to be so passionate about building a sandwich. None of this is hyperbole, my whole life changed. Back home in Canada I’m a Subway guy; I never wanna look their way again. Thank you for the love and care you put into your craft. I’ll be back as soon as I can.

Let me start by saying, I love Jersey Mike’s sub shops. I’ve been to Jersey Mike’s sub shops all over the country and even in New Jersey where I met Mike. Me and my Honey went to this sub shop thinking we were going to get a authentic jersey style sub. It was pretty close, but the bread was stale. Sub shop’s should never serve their customer stale bread. Mike told me a sub sandwich should always be made on fresh bread & it should have a good portion of meat. Are’s had five pieces of provolone, five pieces of salami & seven pieces of ham on a “Giant” sub.

Love the food, I get the #8 sub with turkey ham and bacon, I get it with extra meat, Lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo and deli mustard it’s awesome. The staff seemed overwhelmed, the service was slow, and when I went to sit down every table in the dining area was dirty. I usually carry wipes on me so I wiped down my own table but it was not the awesome experience I usually have.

I probably have Jersey Mike’s once a week. Love it!!! However, I would AVOID Smokey Point location. Worst customer service, stale bread, no lettuce etc… they should be ashamed to charge $15 for this sandwich. Won’t go back!!
