Bread was so stale it cut my gums when I ate it. Any idiot could feel how hard the bread was. Not sure why they didn’t throw it out but instead chose to make my sandwich with it. Also, they don’t have curbside pick up at this location.

Very first time at Jersey Mike’s and I ordered the hot Italian sandwich. It came with bacon even though bacon is not listed in the description. I didn’t order it with bacon, didn’t want bacon and in my opinion it ruined what probably would have been a great sandwich. The bacon totally overwhelmed the other ingredients. When I paid for the sandwich I thought the charge was high and as it turned out it was. I was charged nearly $3 extra for destroying my lunch. People make mistakes, I get that but after reading other bad reviews and it being a terrible first impression for me I’m questioning the sanity of ever going back.

A tucked away spot ABOVE the Metropolitan Market. Super friendly and helpful staff. 4 stars because half the cheese from my cheesesteak seemed to leak out onto the wrapper.
There is a small lot off of 4th St. and it’s much easier to enter from there instead of the Google Maps directions when had me enter from 228th Ave. and wind around the parking lot searching.

Not anywhere you’d want to go on a lunch break, even if mobile ordering. Multiple times I’ve been stuck 20+ minutes after ordering on mobile while staff focused on the line in store. I get it but, maybe have some strategy?

Great experience today. Ordered 2 veggie subs and the guy was super kind and wiped everything down before making the sandwiches. Then, the gal finishing the sandwiches was kind, speedy, and funny. A-team for sure.

Male staff member looked like he wanted to murder me for just being a customer and wanting a sandwich. Didn’t greet, didn’t smile, and was rude when asked a clarifying question about product. Overall your mediocre sandwiches don’t make up for the bad service experienced at this location. Perhaps smile and be happy you have a job.

Wrong order. Extremely disappointed because I confirmed with clerk that I didn’t want the chicken bacon ranch and yet he made me that. He also looked stoned. I will not be coming back here I had to throw away my 25 dollar sub cuz I do not eat bacon.
