This is my go-to sandwich shop in Woodinville. Jersey Mike’s is pretty consistent no matter which shop you go to from a food standpoint. Good sandwiches, decently priced. If you track your phone number, you can earn points towards free sandwiches (if you intend to come back). Service is good at this location.

Generally had great experiences here. Today was an exception with blatant food safety issues due to the lunch rush. I don’t want my sandwich on dirty counters or on top of receipts or tickets with ink on them. Sorry but it’s not for me and I’m pissed that I wasted over $20 on something I threw away immediately.

This place warms my New Jersey heart. Thinly sliced meat and cheese on freshly baked sub rolls. Topped with crisp shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, a little mayo, jalapeños, and banana peppers: this is how subs are supposed to be. Or a hot melty cheesesteak on a cold day with pickled jalapeños and some ketchup. Many delicious choices.

I got this sub. I think the guy was having fun with all the old guys. I asked for a new sub. I was told ok and waited and waited and waited. So after 10 minutes I left. I got home and called the corporate HQ.I EVEN SENT THIS picture. No call back and no new sub. So disappointed. I have never been back.

I do enjoy your sandwich product, one of the best chain subs out there in my humble opinion, but I have had several incidents now where the staff doesn’t include sides that were paid for in the order. I get it, human error, but it happened yet again this evening so there seems to be a trend now of shorting customers their sides on online orders. Please stop doing this. Thank you.

Jersey Mikes is my favorite sandwich shop, but unfortunately at this location I continue to get hardly any meat on my sandwich. My last visit felt like I was eating a bread and lettuce sandwich. I like the fact that the meat is sliced when you order but that leaves it up the the employee on the amount given, which so often is variable, typically on the light side. This was not an issue months ago at this same location. Hopefully they make some changes, I’ve seen other sandwich shops weigh the meat to stay consistent.

Every time I come here the staff is awesome. They are friendly, outgoing, and always ready to help. I love the gluten free bread, hard to find a sandwich place that offers gluten free bread, and they are always so careful about not having contamination. They never act annoyed or like it’s a hassle either. I would highly recommend coming here, honestly just for the staff, but the food is great as well 🙂
