Jersey Mike’s, a fast-casual sub sandwich franchise with more than 2,500 locations open and under development nationwide, has a long history of community involvement and support. Started at the Jersey Shore in 1956, Jersey Mike’s serves authentic East Coast-style subs on fresh baked bread – the same recipe it started with over 60 years ago. My husband placed an order in store for pick up. He asked for a soft bread, but the bread that he received was still hard. I was going to place an order through DoorDash, for another sandwich, because despite the bread, it was pretty good and I wanted a sandwich for my dinner. I called because they were modifications that aren’t listed on DoorDash. The same girl that made the sandwich for him answered, “hello”, visibly annoyed instead of stating that it was Jersey Mike’s, which I thought was quite Unprofessional. After I said hello and asked if it was Jersey Mike’s to clarify, she refused to answer, and there was just noise in the background. I finally hung up after saying hello multiple times. I tried to call back and I was blocked. My husband did say that she was slightly rude when he placed his order. This is unfortunate as we give you guys a lot of of business and I was prepared to do so tonight as well. I don’t know who this girl is but she needs to be spoken to. I’m sorry if she’s ready to get out and head home, but I called well before nine. Customer service is supposed to be provided throughout the full day. Maybe she needs to be retrained and trained on providing good customer service, including answering the phone. Like I said, I was prepared to place another order, but I’m not sure at this point

I always go here and always get great sandwiches and great service but this particular employee took my order of a chicken, bacon ranch sandwich with jalapeños,black pepper and oregano. I got the sandwich and I immediately saw there were no jalapeños,no black pepper and I couldn’t smell any oregano. She said that she put them on and I said ok and proceeded to eat the sandwich. Halfway through the sandwich of no chicken, half a slice of bacon and absolutely no ingredients but lettuce…I had to ask, How much bacon is the standard amount for this sandwich? She said 4 slices of bacon…2 on each side. I had a 1/2 slice of a fatty piece of bacon on the 1/2 that I ate already. Absolutely the worse sandwich I have ever eaten. A lettuce sandwich for 22 dollars!!

Had went in to grab a couple giants for my family tonight. Just wanted to say how great the atmosphere, and service felt tonight. One of my sandwiches were gluten free so I had felt like I was being troublesome by asking of so much, but they were very patient and accommodating to all my requests despite how busy they were! The store was quite clean, and they both kept smiles and laughs on their faces despite being slammed. I recall their names being Anwar (?), and Aaliyah, just wanted to say thanks again!

I ordered 3 subs, a mini, a regular, and a giant, and when I got home there was only 2 regulars and a mini. I called the store and conner picked up and told me I could keep the sub and if I was willing to come in he would make it right and get me the giant no charge. I did and it was ready when I came in 10 minutes later and conner gave a nice coupon for the inconvenience and had amazing customer service. Above and beyond thank you for the good

Jersey Mike is one of my go to franchises, but last time I went here, the sandwiches did not deliver like they always do. There was less meat and ingredients than normal, and it did not seem as fresh & delicious as always. I hope it was just a one time thing and the franchise goes back to delivering quality food.

The environment of this store today was very uncomfortable with loud music playing and uber eats orders going off. My father in law has epilepsy and we are usually okay going into public eaters with loud noise but this experience was uncomfortable and concerning, we shouldn’t need to raise our voices just to order

Very nice restaurant, clean and well-maintained, amazing customer service, only 2 people in front of me, but associate behind the counter already paid attention to me, saying that I will be served in a moment. Very nice experience, got my delicious #43. Definitely will come back.

Jersey Mikes is a good sandwich shop with glueten free options. I gave them a lower rating than normal b/c it took forever to get my order placed. It appears they were prioritizing pickup orders before customers onsite. Perhaps this business should plan to keep up with the volume of business.
If you require glueten free, they have it and specifically prepare for it by wiping done the equipment, etc.
Like a good sandwich, try them out. To be safe, order via their app.

I ordered online and my sandwich came on the wrong bread. A little irritating when the sandwich is just shy of $25.
