One of my favorite JM location. Staff here is prompt, conscientious and friendly. I ordered 2 sandwiches one veggie for myself and Tate promptly washed the slicer to make sure my cheese would not touch a blade that touched meat. Steven acknowledged this and changed his gloves for the same reason. As a vegetarian this means a lot. Anytime I want a sandwich I’m happy when I end up here.

Not only is Jersey Mike’s the best sandwich shop, this one in particular is the one above all.
I’ve never seen so much efficiency from a crew then I have here, I can only imagine that the space x crew nearby come in to take notes at the precision of this crew. When german engineers come to Washington to take notes on the nearby boeing facilities, they cant stop thinking of the efficiency of this jersey Mike’s novelty hill location and tell their children about the grace of these workers.
Not only that but the experience of being in there is like no other, unlike subway where they shove your sandwich in a toaster or pull the meat out of the fridge. They cut it infront of you and grill the hot sandwiches. It takes the sandwich experience to a whole new level, its not just just watching someone “slap your sandwich together” its watching a true master forge your sandwich like a blacksmith creating a blade and with this crew being above the rest its not just an average lunch but a memory of creating something beautiful together that only one of us gets to enjoy.
My jersey Mike’s experience is usally pretty good but I know at this spot I feel like the food critic from Ratatouille where each bite tastes like home. Where my meat and bread taste fresh and where the crew treat their customers like family. I do feel like this crew would help the elderly across the busy novelty hill four way and they are what makes this spot better then the rest.
Would eat here again.

We started going to Jersey Mike’s Subs on Novelty Hill a few months ago because I had read about how good Jersey Mike’s is about providing gluten free options. I have celiac disease and the two guys working there in the late afternoons have been incredible making sure everything is prepped properly to prevent cross contamination. Not only that, they are two of the nicest and polite people we have experienced. We will continue to get subs there and highly recommend this location.

I love Jersey Mike’s sandwiches, and this location is so convenient to our shop… Sadly every time I have ordered from here for company things, they are super slow and have zero sense of urgency. Today I was ordering for our crews responding to emergency storm work, and my order was almost 30 min late… 3 people working, only 1 other customer, and only 1 person was making the sandwiches. I asked them to please help their coworker so I could get on the road, and they all laughed amongst each other while… So I’m writing this while I wait

We eat a #8 Giant Club at least once a week. The sub is perfect for two evening meals. The staff is friendly and the company supports many charities or disasters. The space to dine in is limited, but the flavor of the sandwiches is the best I have ever eaten.

We’ve eaten at this Jersey Mike’s alot. And for being so new it is DIRTY. It has been going down hill in cleanliness. Today we got there at lunch time on a Sunday – they hadn’t been open for long… we walked in and there was no customers. I had to ask for fresh lettuce before they started making our sub because the lettuce at the counter was brown. They changed it promptly. But under where they keep the vegetables had cloudy water with old vegetables floating. The floor is coated with vegetable pieces and old food. The grill has pieces of food all around the perimeter. They were out of bowls because someone had forgotten to bring them in. This establishment needs to get better about their cleaning protocols and staff training…

This place is terrific!! Food here is incredible, staff are the best, especially that tall guy with the glasses, he made the best #56 of all time, would highly recommend this place.
Update: they let their best worker go, and now I can no longer get the best sandwiches made from him, I’d say Tate is the best staff there now
