I ordered 3 sandwiches and the bread was incorrect and didn’t realize until we got home. I understand that running out of certain bread happens but you need to let people know and not just assume to make it with whatever bread is left. I would have taken my business elsewhere.

I drove all the way to this place to get dinner and Google says it closes at 9 PM which is a lie because when I got there at 630, it was complete dark.I definitely suggest you call and make sure they’re open before you drive and waste your time like I did

Have noticed a general lack of attention to cleanliness, not specifically with sandwich prep but around rest of store. Hot sandwiches take too long when you are ordering in store and there are takeout orders queued before you. Need more staff and better training.

Spent over an hour in the store waiting on a mobile pickup order, watching as they served sandwiches to dozens of walk-in guests before me. For an hour. Until they ran out of bread and I had to leave. Why on earth would you put online orders to the end of the line by default? That is the single dumbest business decision I think you could have tried.

I recently ordered online, and overall, it was a great experience. The food is delicious, and the staff are always really nice and helpful.
The only thing I’ve noticed is that sometimes there can be a bit of a wait for your order. I’ve seen a few people complain about that, but honestly, its clear that they get an enormous amount of online orders, way more than you’d think for a small sandwich shop. So It makes sense.
All in all, the food is great and the people there make it even better.
