The establishment is clean, the food is delicious, and the staff are very friendly.
As a regular, who does not branch out much with my food choices, the staff have memorized my order to a point where I rarely have to say anything when I walk in. They ask about my day, and appear to generally be interested. This is rare these days, as a lot of staff at restaurants seem to just want to shuffle you through the line and get you out of the restaurant. Not here though, and this is very, very appreciated!
I always get a mini turkey on wheat that is specialized to my picky tastes. The staff are quick and efficient at putting it together, and it always tastes fresh and delicious! It is the perfect serving size too, so I don’t feel overfull going back to work!
I literally love going to this place, and have yet to be disappointed. I highly recommend stopping by if you are ever in the mood for a quick and scrumptious lunch!

I think Jersey Mike’s provides some of the better tasting sandwiches among the competition, but 40 minutes to make a regular chicken bacon ranch, and a regular italian sub is by far the worst experience in timeliness that I have had at any sandwich shop ever.
I’ll preface the next bit by saying I waited over 30 minutes previously at this location when walking in and placing my order at the counter, so I placed an order online, ahead of time, today.
I placed my pickup order at 11AM. Estimated time for it to be ready was 11:15 – 11:25 AM. Because of my previusly mentioned wait time, I gave them some lead time and parked at 11:25 AM. I was waiting in the pickup area of the store by 11:27 AM. They had not yet begun to work on my order at this point. I finally had my sandwiches and walked out of the location at 11:40 AM.
Regardless of how they taste, I am unlikely to return. I understand how things can get busy in service work, so I do not blame the employees, but management at this location needs to step up.
In the beginning a family member felt there was too much Mayo on their sandwich, but with how you can customize them, that family member’s order was able to be labeled with “go light on the mayo”, and they’ve never gotten more than what they wanted since.
This aspect is what makes this company as a whole special, and I also highly suggest using the app, as you can save your order details very easily. They also offer free drink and bag of chips coupon cards, and rewards points that add up to free sandwhiches. I’ll go in there about once every other week and I’ll have enough points so I end up with a free sandwich that cost me 8 cents for the paper bag and tax. I love this place, only thing I’ll say is the lunch rush from 11:30am to 2:00pm can result in longer wait times for your sandwhiches, sometimes beyond 30 minutes, and I believe this results in some unhappy customers from time to time. Overall though, they’re rarely more than 5 minutes behind.
