There are not enough good words to describe the Absolute BEST Sub Sandwich in all of God’s Creation. The Giant #8 Mike’s Way will change your life. I dare you to stand in person watch them build this Sub and not literally be drooling like a dog before the hand it to you. The Eye Appeal of this Bad Boy being Built is almost too much to stand. The Freshest, Juiciest, Most Tasty amazing First bite you will ever Take. I almost don’t even want them to wrap it up… But oh my goodness, The wrapping is incredible, watching them put the #8 tightly to bed in the white Mike’s wrapping then the Brown sleeves… Wowza. Then there is the the brown Jersey Mike’s carry bag, because I can never buy just one. You walk out of the Store Walking on Sunshine. The Good Smells on the drive home will almost make Crazy. The worst part of taking them home… never any leftovers. Sigh
Try this Sub and tell me I’m wrong… God Bless Jersey Mike’s.

We were having a staff meeting at work and we’ve tried other sandwich shops and some of the staff said they liked Jersey Mike’s. So, I called Jersey Mike’s on Emerson. I spoke to the manager, Cody Fasching and I could not believe the service that he gave me and how absolutely great he was on the phone. He was so accommodating, he was just phenomenal with explaining the different sandwiches and everything else. If more places had managers like Cody, they would sure have a better business. When our Director went and picked them up, she also came back and raved about how great Cody was. For now on, that is our only sandwich place that we are going to use. And I was like “I told you how great it was” lol. I’ve had different sandwiches at other places and nothing compares. The staff was so happy that we got the sandwiches from Jersey Mikes. Thanks Cody for the exceptional service, you went above and beyond ! Karen

About two weeks ago my husband stopped at Jersey Mikes to grab me a sandwich. He watched while the girl made it, they use the squeeze tubes for my mayo and mustard because of a gluten allergy. She slammed the mayonnaise bottle down on the counter to try and get some to come out, in the process she broke the bottle, SHE THEN PROCEEDED TO STILL SQUIRT IT ONTO MY SANDWICH!!! My husband was a bit shocked by that but decided she must have checked to make sure no plastic pieces fell on the sandwich. He dropped it off to me forgetting to tell me this story, I went to take a bite and almost broke a tooth on something so I spit it out, after looking at it for a minute I realized it was the tip of a plastic Mayo bottle. My husband called to let them know what happened, they said a manager would contact us, and now a few weeks later still nothing. Pretty disappointed since I used to go there on a regular basis.
Update: the manager did reach out more than once and provided me with 3 free sandwiches to make it right.

For the second week we ordered $200 in sandwiches. Both weeks the order was totally incorrect. Do you know the difference between banana peppers and bell peppers? Mikes Way??? Do you just make a bunch of sandwiches and throw them in a bag? A turkey sandwich with only lettuce and turkey? Do you know how bland that is??? I guess I’ll just dispute both transactions since you cant get it right and don’t answer the phone…

Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon and ordered a couple sandwiches for the family. Food was made fresh to my order and everything was done perfectly. Jersey Mike’s is usually always very good. This visit was no exception.

Most of these bad reviews you see, are from actual Karen’s. These people show up for work every day, and despite what happens, they’re always so nice and friendly to us old folks. I came in and was greeted with a smile. I was new to Jersey Mike’s and they showed me how ordering works. I got the perfect sub, and they still had a smile by the end of it. Don’t listen to these people who leave one stars because chances are, they were rude to the staff and had bad days themselves. Thank you Jersey Mike’s!

My turkey and provolone sandwich tasty. Wish the bread, cheese, topping, and spread options a little more extensive. Competition offers cucumbers, spinach and red onion options and several spreads and cheese.

It was good. I had a ham, my husband had a cheesesteak. The guy raved about the ham, it was ok. The oil and vinegar didnt really add any flavor. I liked the roll. Customer service was good once you were being helped.
