As a person from New Jersey, I have a high standard for subs. While I have never been to Jersey Mike’s when I was in New Jersey, I thought this place is like other sub sandwich places and not so good, I was so wrong. Their subs are great!!! I even go to Jersey Mike’s when I’m in New Jersey. Now Jersey Mike’s is our go to place when I need a sub fix!!! AND I drive 6.4 miles to pick one up and it is totally worth the drive.

Every time my kids and I arrive it’s just about closing time. We are always greeted and not felt unwelcome despite the timing. Specially the Bearded Man with the PERMANENT SMILE ,Dominique, the assistant manager, whom seems to be born with a permanent smile on his face and his partner victor they are fast friendly and never act like they are bothered if we want specialty sandwiches for the children. They make us want to keep coming back. Even my 7 years now asks for Jersey Mikes sandwich. Thank you Dominique, your company should be proud to have an outstanding employee such as you and your teammates. Thank you for all the great service and patience with our children.

‘Victor’ at the Cornell store went above and beyond customer service and care! To make a long story short, I forgot my bank card. The order was almost complete, and ‘Victor’ kindly suggested I enjoy the sandwiches and not worry about the rest.

If you order online you will NOT get a cold drink, as they put it in the bag with your cold or hot sub and it sits on the counter. I’m going to stop ordering a chips and drink, which by the way cost half as much as my sub (almost $5).

The staff here are always so friendly and funny. My food is perfect every time, they even ring my order up as something different to save me a dollar (I never remember and they always do!). Today, I asked for extra pickles. I told him “go wild with it, man” and he did. It was perfect.

I just had my food delivered and I can’t even eat it. My sub had so much oil on it the bread was soggy. I took the bottom bread off to try and eat it and the oil was still so overwhelming. 25.00 down the drain.
