Kobe and his team were very easy to work with.We picked up an order for 25 people and it was ready when we got there. All the meals were labeled with each person’s name and the food was very good. Excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommend for group orders.

Guy behind the counter with the space facts was awesome! I didn’t like how they slid/put the sandwiches on the counter, I’m concerned with cross contaminantion but other that that it was good. A little pricey for a sandwich.

We walked into the restaurant at 12:40 expecting to get lunch. The line was slow, and the guy behind the counter rudely, loudly combined with his body language pointing to the sign if the customer wanted all of the toppings to their sandwich. Then you had another employee going on break. She went and sat in the dining room to eat her lunch while there is a line. This was not a welcoming environment to stay in and we left.

Around the Tri Cities Jersey Mikes restaurants make the best sandwiches,& the prices are reasonable, but a recent trip to Portland,Oregon it was opposite. Sandwiches at one location were crappy,& the price was sky high!

For Celiac (gluten free) preparation they wash down the prep area in addition to washing hands, changing gloves, etc. It’s still a common prep area so this may not be acceptable for your specific needs, but is much better than other establishments.

First time visiting, very good subs lot more flavour than the other chain, better quality. Very busy during lunch. Reasonably priced. Hard to find parking.

Horrible service. Both workers were rude and throwing stuff around. They did not listen to what we wanted just started putting stuff on sandwich. Both workers got upset when we said no mayo , no tomato. They did it with my order and my Sisters behind me. Been to many Jerseys Mikes and usually receive top notch service. The guy and girl working this AM need substantial customer service training.
