Tried Jersey Mike’s for the first time and I’m honestly impressed. From the moment I walked in, everything felt organized, clean, and welcoming. The staff worked like a well-oiled machine — fast, focused, and still super friendly.
One team member in particular really stood out. He handled the line with total professionalism, moved quickly without rushing anyone, and paid attention to every detail on the orders. You could tell he takes pride in what he does, and that kind of energy makes a big difference in the experience.
My sub was fresh, perfectly made, and packed with flavor. The bread, the toppings, the proportions — all on point. Definitely not just “another sandwich shop.”

Having a sub sandwich somedays, hits the spot. Jersey Mikes is a newer location in Newberg and I’m beyond happy to see them here. The ingredients are always fresh, the service is friendly and each sandwich is made to specifics which I love.

Went in today, I was the only one in when I ordered and two people came in behind me a few minutes after I ordered a Philly cheese steak, waited 15 minutes to get this, did not taste good at all for the 1st time, so disappointed with this location, it’s not the 1st time having food just ignorantly sloppy from this location, do better!

Amazing service here I came around 2:30pm on January 28th, I am usually a firehouse subs person but today I decided to give Jersey Mike’s a try. I will say I think I prefer Jersey Mike’s now. There food is really good I got the club on the sub, I enjoyed it very much. Very friendly staff here, and a very clean restaurant. Will be coming back soon!

When ordering a submarine sandwich, I like to know my sandwich is in the best hands; in the hands of an artist. When I come to the Newberg Jersey Mike’s I know that’s exactly what I’m getting. The care, attention, and expertise fostered by this location means quality. Just writing this review, I wish I could order a sandwich from this Jersey Mike’s in particular even though I’m in Arizona and there’s a perfectly mediocre (at best) Jersey Mike’s down the road. My dad says that one is excellent, but I bed to differ. He’s never even stepped foot into the Newberg location. So, next time you find yourself in the great suburbs of Portland Oregon, don’t even think about going to the Sherwood location, get your submarine sandwich Mike’s way in Newberg.
