This particular Jersey Mikes excels in every way. The young crew works hard to provide you with the best sandwiches that Jersey Mikes provide. For me The sandwiches have always been excellent. They strive to get it right, to get you exactelly what you ordered. Worth every penny… Dont ever cut your quality or quantity. These are the best subs around.

This team has a lot of communication struggles. We had ordered 3 cold sandwiches and 1 hot. It took them a little over half an hour to make the 1 hot sandwich. We had asked to make a cold sandwich having seen the grill not yet fired up, and was given pushed back about it. It was quite frustrating to have to wait longer after paying. They had made several walk in sandwiches that were ordered after our hot one. Additionally, we had ordered two sandwiches with bacon and had to remind the team about the bacon being part of the order. My recommendation is if you see a long line to decided elsewhere unless you are up for waiting and willing to remind the team about your order.

Payton, the most professional young person knew exactly what sandwich I was talking about, (We have lived in Portugal for the last 4 1/2 yrs, so the menu has chg’d). I ordered a 7″ roast beef with provolone, chipotle sauce and jalapeños. The sandwich and service was way above anything I’ve seen in a long time! Thank you Payton, if you aren’t the manager, you are ready for your own store. John White

First time I’ve walked out of a store probably ever mid sandwich. I’m not sure if this was just a mistake or due to the acquisition or something but I ordered a #7 and there was more cheese than meat. I’m talking like 1/4 of the meat as there usually is – there were 6 slices but they were PAPER thin, like oscar meyer pre package ultra thin. I’m a big time Jersey Mike’s fan depressingly so I fear I do recognize when I’m being royally fleeced lol. Again, not sure if this is just the new standard, but it definitely scared me away from the franchise in general.

Never fails, they are ALWAYS late when you order pick up. And not just a few minutes but 10-15 minutes. On a short lunch break it completely ruins your lunch. Avoid them unless you have time to wait. Meanwhile I sit here while a whole line of people get served walk-in faster since I’ve been here. The to go service is broken.

Not even close to worth the money. This is why I don’t ever eat out anymore. Ooh look an expensive sambo, I can really rip this one off. Mike’s going to love this! Sub was meatier in the middle, ends were pretty light and crunchy, bread on bread action, no mayo or sauce, tough to share one like that. Lettuce was frozen, some icy and crunchy, some drippy. Overall, salty as heck. Meat was pretty thin and looked deliberately spread out, torn up. Very little veggie, supposed to come with nice layer but was thinner than the meat in the middle. I mean what gives just make a decent sandwich, who wins here some guy in a mansion selling meat? What a victory for you. Sandwich arrived basically soaked and it was wrapped like a pile. Outside was hard like toast. Not a good value for the money. Last time I do this.

This Jersey Mike’s is always at the top of their game.
I always come here at least once when I’m visiting from Illinois.
This was the first time I have ever ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich and it was super delicious.
The staff here is always friendly and willing to make suggestions.
It’s always been clean.
This particular one is in a very busy strip mall that doesn’t seem to have a lot of parking spots, so go early.

Very rude night manager. Talking crap about customers to other customers. Mopped dining room floor with same water from bathroom and stunk up the eating area while full of customers.

Love JM’s but rough location.

Ordered a Philly! This mouth water delight just absolutely takes me back. This delicious sensation was the best $10 I spent on a sub. The meat was amazing and the veggies to the sauce. Everything about this Philly was amazing! I recommend anyone to try out the Philly! Or even the Southwest Chipotle one too cause that was amazing as well!

It’s a solid Jersey Mike’s location, they make their sandwiches like any other and it’s always good. It does take a while to get an order in-person from my experience but going through a delivery app has been more successful to me. I’d highly recommend the philly cheesesteak.
