Pearl City Highland Market Jersey Mike’s. Hands down, the best sandwich sub shop I’ve ever eaten at. Far superior to Subway or Blimpes, but the trade off is elevated prices. It’s worth the treat once in awhile for the Philly Cheesesteak Sub ($18.00 for foot long). There are several varieties of different sandwich choices, sure to have something that will fulfill your taste. When Jersey Mike’s came to Oahu it was a miracle. There’s only so much of the competition’s wimpy subs you can take. Plus coming from the East coast you need some of that back home sub love that the other just can’t provide. The meats are fresh, the bread is good. The Mike’s relish spread is a must !! I love Jersey Mikes. They always cut the meat fresh in front of you and give way more than subway. You can order on the app or website and it will be ready when you get there. Easy app to navigate. It is expensive but worth the money. They have a rewards program so you can earn free subs pretty fast. This location in pearl city doesn’t have wraps though. There is an indoor food court to sit at or 4 smaller covered tables outside to eat your lunch. I always order the Italian bc it has almost everything on it. You can customize your sub on the app or when you are in the store. The staff is ok at this location. I’ve only had two times where they were super nice, otherwise they are just doing the job which is fine as long as it’s a greatly made sandwich. I also wish Jersey Mike’s would add different sides other than chips, like Mac salad haha popular in Hawaii!!!

Got an Italian sub for lunch, tasted fine, price was as expected but… well there’s no nice way to say starting about 45 minutes after ingesting the sandwich I have experienced several violent bouts of diarrhea that are still coming with undigested bits of the sandwich violently exiting my body in what can only be described as a greenish yellow sandwich soup.

I ordered a stack and cheez number 17 for my first visit. Sand which was delicious. I ordered a standard size and when combined with chips and a medium drink made for a filling meal. Drinks were a choice of bottled or fountain drinks. Pepsi drinks were what was on the menus. Fast, efficient service. Outside seating available along with inside food court settings. Good choice while waiting for shoppers in Sam’s club.

I just want to say that when I first walked in to the store, it was BEYOND packed and the three gentleman that were working were so professional and efficient together. They made sure to get everyone’s order perfectly and even slowed down at every transaction to make sure to get rewards in and ask if you wanted a combo. Overall pleasant experience and amazing service! I wish I got their names to give them more kudos.
