I hear many tell me this place sandwiches are great,yet I never gone to one til now an now a fan of their tasty sandwiches! Plus you get to choose your bread chose an fixing and that’s what makes your sandwich perfect as if you made it yourself. So if never gone do try this place and their staff do help if have a question before ordering. Hope more deals are offered but it was a tasty sandwiches my way. Plus there are chips,drinks and such to really make your meal more great. Dine in or take out, your meal will be tasty.

Had the chicken parmesan sandwich and it was quite tasty. Forgot to take a picture until I’d nearly finished it. The staff was courteous and helpful. I don’t think they have as many options for the toppings as other sandwich shops but their sandwiches are better.

Ok sandwich place with an ok product. Customer service is on point. The method they use cutting fresh meat is nice as you know it wont have been sitting in a pan for a week. The bread i got was the rosemary something was ok but it didnt taste any different than white bread. For the amount of oil and vinegar put on it i wouldve expected a more flavorful vinegar. About half as much oil would be good too. For the price point I probably wont be back as it didnt seem to match the cost given the materials being used.

Promo email offered free chips & drink. I added the promo to my order in the app, but it would not approve. I showed *In Store* to manager, how my email promo & my app would not work together, and I was told to contact corporate. Feels like a bait & switch, since I got lured in with a promo offer that the store cannot honor.
I paid for the sandwich (delicious as always), but declined to pay for chips & drink. The main reason I stopped coming to Jersey Mike’s was lack of a downtown location. Seemed like giving me some chips & a drink would have been a simple solution.
**also, they’re always out of the Rosemary Parmesan bread! At least on 3 occasions. Is it everyone’s favorite, or just a niche I always miss??

This is a sandwich shop that has philly style sandwiches or cold sandwiches. The staff is courteous. I do not know if it’s staffing or management but they are always behind on their online orders. It has happened more than 3 times so I don’t believe it is just a rush that caught them unaware. If you order online and it states

I just had a terrible experience as a regular consumer… the manager with a nose ring was extremely rude. We ordered directly from Jersey Mikes app and clearly we stated no mikes way. Well to our surprise it was made mikes way. We drove back and the manager was very defensive stated “I made those sandwiches there is nothing wrong with them and report the order”, she refused to remake the order and you cannot report an order from the JM app, again she refused to listen and assumed this was a DoorDash order. My husband was upset as a refund wasn’t even an option, I went inside as my husband was very upset. The manager with the nose ring in the middle stated she had already threw them away and didn’t want to grab them and had another employee grab them. It was full of oregano and I am allergic I mentioned. He was the one that offered a refund, I let him know as a business owner I would never treat a consumer this way. Not providing them an option for their mess up! She clearly does not enjoy her job and will be reaching out to corporate as I have a video of our interaction. I understand I’m just two customers/orders but I vouch I will never step a foot into a JM again. Hope they get retraining as customer service should be prime in the hospitality field.

I got the big kahuna chicken cheese steak on a wrap. It was a little skimpy on the chicken and I should have asked for less cheese but besides that it was good!
My husband and son got the regular big kahuna they enjoyed there sandwiches!

This place is my all time FAVE!!!! Me and five paleo vegan kids go here ALL THE TIME! We love there sandwiches that cater to my families nonGMO Paleo Vegan diets! My favorite thing is how the meats are all hormone free so the government cant fill my children with their chemicals to turn my children into greedy little economic monsters!!! DEFINATELY RECOMEND!!!!(We are also known to bring in our dog snuffles! They are sooooo dog friendly!!)
