I opted for the Big Kahuna Chicken, 86 mushrooms, because I love spicy food and it has jalapeños. The flavors of the ingredients really stood out and worked wonderfully together and I was very satisfied with my selection!
We now understand exactly why Jersey Mike’s has such an outstanding reputation among sub sandwich places. Everything was extremely fresh, and the textures were on point from start to finish. The only thing to remember is that there is no inside seating at this location.
As a first-timer, I really enjoyed my experience at the Fair Oaks Jersey Mike’s location. The authentic vibe, friendly and efficient service, astounding flavors, and value pricing all exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely look forward to visiting again. My mouth is watering just thinking about it!

The bread is chewy, the veggies taste old and oxidized, I just don’t understand how this is a representation of an East coast sub or even a decent sub in general. Also the pricing is crazy. I got two sandwiches (same sandwich, one giant – which is a little over a foot long, and one regular) for $35. I’d give it 1 star if not for the kind people.
I was warmly greeted by Francesco who kept the line moving and got each order started efficiently. Behind him, Chris was working away, head down keeping the hot stuff moving.
Nate and Jacob were making the cold sandwiches with care. The way they generously loaded toppings made me (a value focused consumer) quite pleased. And – this is a bit weird, but I was getting over an illness at the time so maybe that had something to do with it – watching them splash the finishing touches of oil and vinegar onto the loaded sandwiches brought a literal tear to my eye. Yep, you read that right, watching these guys make sandwiches well and with passion made me cry (only one tear). There is something special about people doing their best at whatever thing they are doing.
The food was delicious the service was excellent.
