The food would’ve been better if my sandwiches would’ve been made at the same time and some of them didn’t get hot from sitting there when they’re supposed to be cold. My order was supposed to be done at 1:15 and they didn’t get completed till 125 I waited 10 minutes in your restaurant waiting for my food. there was no a real apology and they acted like it was OK once to me it’s not I have other things I have to get picked up. I have another order down the way at Starbucks. I think you’re establishment should be mindful of that that you might not be the only stop for families or people they have additional stops they make before they even get home.

3 people listening to music on their phones at full volume & loud Christmas music. We ordered our food in the app and they didn’t make our food for 25 minutes. The soda machine was down so we couldn’t get the drinks we ordered. Danny de Vito would be ashamed.

Staff was friendly. They give you free cookies if it’s your first time. Sandwich was good. I got chicken philly. Bathroom was clean and well maintained.you offer first then someone rings you up and then the sandwich maker brings you the food.

The location in Rocklin has lunch special deals, and this location does not so I will probably make it a point to stick to Rocklin location since they have better deals for Lunch time.

Sandwiches are always great but don’t bother ordering ahead. I arrived 5 minutes after the order pickup time said it would be ready and it wasn’t ready yet so I waited for 5 minutes. When I asked when it would be ready, they said 5 more minutes. I waited almost 25 minutes for my order whereas everyone who ordered in store got their orders immediately. If I would’ve known that, I wouldn’t have ordered ahead. Defeats the purpose of the convenience of order ahead and sucks that their order pick up times aren’t reliable.

Would be 5 out of 5 but the online orders take priority to the people waiting in the store. Which makes it take way to long during peak hours, and is quite frustrating.
Staff is also great and super friendly. Sandwiches are always on point.
But I have had to leave a few times and go across the street to Subway to save time.

Honestly I eat at this jersey mikes once around once a week. Today was the first time having a negative experience. Spoke to Tatiana on the phone and she said come down I’ll give you two free subs since they messed up my order (giant, paid with points). I drive down and she says I told you one free sub, half of what I ordered.. honestly I’ll be back because Jersey mikes is awesome but will try to avoid this shift

I had the most excellent service about a week ago. This young African American man with a black afro ( I love giving credit where credit is due) took my order. ( Think he said his name was Chop or Chip, sorry I don’t remember). I didn’t know the store as I have never been. He was really kind and helpful in me ordering. He offered my samples so I could try and helped me when I made mistakes on my sandwich. He was friendly and we have a funny conversation which made my experience all the more worthwhile! And the food was amazing! Another worker was there and chimed in on helping make my sandwich just the way I like it! Very juicy and perfectly made. I definitely will recommend this store because of the friendly staff and amazing food!
