Had ab appointment in Tracy so I had to stop at Jersey Mike’s and I’m so glad I did. The place was clean, the staff was very nice and the food was on point.I happen to talk to the manager he was super nice and professional. I will definitely recommend this place to all who sees this post.

Jersey Mike’s is always great, wherever I’ve had it. It’s just a matter of it being prepared correctly. This is one of the very few locations where I’ve had multiple issues with online order subs being absolutely wrong. The staff is usually good about correcting the error but I’ve had some push back before.

2 stars I didn’t really care for the customer service. I’ve been trying to find the best sandwich place, this one fell short of my expectations. Has no flavor..none! They overload it with lettuce so you can’t taste anything meat portion was pretty good would of been better if I could have tasted it this one falls last in my book..sourdough co is soooo much better and still hold the #1 spot

My Favortie Sandwich place of all time. I love getting the sandwiches mikes way. I like that they have a point system to get free sandwiches. They gave me free points on my bday, and I cashed it in for a regular size sandwich. The Tracy Location definitely gets down.

This subs are not above. Other Jersey mikes have a more enthusiastic crew, the lobby is always unattended (dirty), the cutting board is not cleaned as is supposed to be, and they need to be trained, pure lettuce, meats and cheeses are out of the bread and the rest is all messy.

Food is great but the service sucks! These people have to be the worst in sandwiches! I thought subway was bad! The service really does suck. I’d rather go to Togo’s for better service! These people don’t care at all for your orders or you. Best bet is to go to Togo’s. They have a better menu as well with better service. Jersey Mike’s FAILS in customer service.

I have celiac disease and was stressed trying to find somewhere to eat while on a trip. I found this place and the workers were seriously amazing! They knew about cross contamination and worked hard to make sure my sandwich would be safe for me to eat. And the sandwich tasted amazing! I will definitely be looking up Jersey Mike’s for future traveling!

A good choice for a quick meal. Friendly and efficient staff. The other sandwich shop I used to frequent doesn’t come close.
