I had my very first visit to this location, and I absolutely loved it! I was greeted right away as soon as I walked in, which felt nice. The staff were super friendly and took the time to explain how the ordering process worked. I tried the #5 and #13 sandwiches, and they were both delicious! I was quite impressed how fresh the tomato, onion, and lettuce were—not at all like the typical fast food or sandwich places. The spices and oil added such a great burst of flavor! The store was nice and clean too. My family and I will definitely be coming back often!

This was my first time at a Jersey Mike’s and I loved this one! I walked in and immediately noticed how clean and good smelling the place was. The employee that took my order helped me pick something that I liked (it was great!) and they even gave me a free cookies. Also, my sub was ready in just a couple minutes even though there were quite a few people. Definitely would recommend to everyone!!

This review is for the Pleasanton, California location in Oakview Plaza. I love Jersey Mike’s but the service here at this location on a very busy lunch time was OUTSTANDING! This place is very well managed and well run. The man cutting the meats and taking orders appeared to be the manager or at least the person in charge of the shift. ALL of the workers were working hard, but calm, cool, collected and totally customer focused. This was wonderful to experience, and on top of the fantastic #13 sub I had, and the subs enjoyed by those with me, made this experience at Jersey Mike’s top notch. Thank you to all of the workers. You deserve recognition and credit for all you do! Kudos! – outside eating area on a beautiful sunny day added to the great overall enjoyment of this lunch.

Jersey Mike’s in Pleasanton consistently delivers great service and satisfying subs. Every time I’ve visited, the staff has been friendly, efficient, and genuinely welcoming—it makes a difference when you walk in and they’re ready to help with a smile. The store is always clean, and the line moves quickly even during the lunch rush, which I really appreciate.
The sandwiches are solid. Fresh bread, crisp toppings, and the signature “Mike’s Way” seasoning always bring the flavors together nicely. I usually go for the turkey or roast beef, and the portions are generous enough to fill you up without leaving you feeling overly stuffed.
That said, I’ve noticed Jersey Mike’s portions of meat tend to be a bit lighter compared to the sandwiches at the Whole Foods deli nearby. Whole Foods tends to pile on the protein more, especially when you’re customizing a sandwich at the counter. It’s not a huge deal, but if you’re looking strictly at meat-to-bread ratio, Whole Foods might edge them out.
Still, the convenience, consistency, and excellent customer service at Jersey Mike’s Pleasanton keep me coming back. If you’re looking for a quick, quality sandwich with friendly service, this location is a great spot.

Jersey Mike’s is one of my favorite places to grab a sandwich and this store is up there with one of the best. I ordered a regular Big Kahuna and it got out in a hurry and it tasted amazing. I dont think I had a chance to breathe before scaring the food down. The staff there is awesome and I will make it a point to stop by as often as I can when in the neighborhood.

In my visit every worker seemed like they enjoyed their task. Everyone working seemed to genuinely care about each customer. At noon time on a Thursday I had my Sandwich then out the door in less than 7 minutes. Awesome place, great workers, plenty of parking.
