I’ve never been so excited to eat a sandwich in all my life! I had to go Gluten Free 8 months ago and sometimes, you just really want a great sandwich, with great bread, made by someone else other than yourself. I felt so safe eating here, as they cleaned EVERYTHING before making my sandwich. Neiro (spelling) took our order, cleaned everything for me, and never once made me feel bad for having to order something gluten free. I never felt like I was an inconvenience. Everyone was so nice and friendly and for our first time visiting a Jersey Mike’s, it was such a great experience and it will not be our last! Ordered a giant GF # 9 because I’ll eat the other half tomorrow!

It was my first time at this place. Their Mike’s Famous Philly steak sub is very good! I love that they grill jalapeños. Stuff is super friendly and accommodating. Definitely will return. I ordered number 17, 43 and 56.

This was my first time and definitely not my last time enjoying a Jersey Mike’s sub. I would come back just for the stellar customer service I experienced today. So pleasant and helpful! A rarity these days. My sub was SO fresh from meat to veggies and bread. My new favorite sub shop! I think the name of the person who served me was Isabella. Promote her!

Can’t review the food because I never got any. Someone in front of me ordered 6 sandwiches which happens. They called a second person over to help which I understand but after standing there for 10 minutes with no acknowledgement. They call a third person from the back out to help. “Oh good,” I thought, but no! When the third person saunters out takes his time putting on his gloves, looking around then finally sees me and starts to ask me what I want is told you need to help with this order. Did anyone say, it’ll be just a few moments? No, I was told through their neglect I mean nothing to them. If was the first time it happened at this store I would not be this upset. Guess customer service is not needed here as they cater to freeway traffic. Instead, I went next door to Mooya Burgers were I was greeted warmly and where the food was delicious.

Waited 15 minutes and watched 10 people behind me get their food and the asked when my sandwiches were coming out and they said that they were just starting them.
I could have sat down and eaten somewhere in that amount of time.
