Ordered through door dash. QUICK DELIVERY but I Received a soaking wet sandwich when I asked for just dry ingredients. Bread was so soggy, covered in everything that I do not eat. I love Jersey Mikes but lately they have been dropping the ball. My other sandwich which was a totally different kind and was supposed to be regular ingredients but that one was completely dry. Someone rushed and mixed up the sandwiches. Thankfully Door dash credited me for the two sandwiches but still, when I called the store they said I had to come back in and that DoorDash wouldn’t be able to help me. Unfortunately it was delivery and I was on my BREAK or else I would have went back in.

Okay, the first time I had Jersey Mike’s sub I was impressed. They are a little on the pricey side, but in today’s economic climate in California, it’s not that bad.
How good are they and are they worth it? Well, it’s like this. You know how much better Subway is than, say, a dry baloney sandwich? Well, Jersey Mike’s is THAT much better than Subway. Yeah, it would be nice if they had a little better selection of cheeses, but they are so good that does not matter in the least. So, yes, they are worth the extra cost.
As for price, consider this. The large sandwich is almost twice the weight as a large at Subway. I usually have them cut it in half and wrap them separate and save half for a second meal. So, maybe they really are not that much more expensive.
Give it a shot. If you don’t like it, well, you could always go back to the other place.

That would be great if you ever offered to have it remade and PICKED UP. Never once was I told to come pick it up, she gave me the option of a refund or remade order which was delivery never mentioned that it wouldn’t stay delivery. If she had I would have came and picked it up. Kind of ruins a hot sandwich when I’m told an hour and half later I’m supposed to pick it up.

Really disappointed with my recent Jersey Mike’s order. I ordered through DoorDash and got the wrong sandwich — again. This seems to happen a lot whenever I order online or for pickup, which is really frustrating. The food’s great — when they actually get the order right.

Everyone is giving them such a hard time, they are a new store and they are trying to help young people get jobs.. I think thats great. Food was amazing, Ive been when very busy and when no line..and i have loved my sub everytime..aswell as my service. Sure,.. when its busy things get hectic and cant be perfect.. but what do you expect when they have 30+ orders to do they are not machines… They have fresh ingredients, good food, amazing and helpful staff. Please do not listen to negative comments, some people are not patient. You guys are working hard and you are doing the best jobs at handling everything as new as it is. Thank you Jersey Mikes!

Okay I’m gonna try and balance out some bad reviews. If you haven’t been to Jersey Mike’s before ORDER. ONLINE. for your first time. The experience of how this place works is so hard for first timers and I’m saying this because the experience I had for the first time at the one in Lancaster and my second time the one here (I thought it would be better for some reason) were so awful. It’s confusing, they don’t tell you very much about what to do or where to be, and they for some reason expect everyone to be a Mike’s veteran. Everyone is probably expecting this place to be like subway here, and it’s not. Not only were my first few experiences horrendous (not with the quality of the food but with the service) but I’ve seen firsthand an older man behind me having a really hard time understanding the place too.
Either order online or.. I don’t know. Keep trying. The sandwiches are really good but the way these places are ran really needs to be workshopped.

I ordered a BIG Kahuna #56 Steak & Cheese… the steak was over cooked a very grease filled Sub.
I love Jersey Mike’s and this is my to go Sub so when it opened in Tehachapi I was excited.
The service was slow and atmosphere appeared chaotic.
I hope with more time they will get better.
This Sub was not worth the $20 I paid for it..

Let’s just say it, Jersey Mike’s might as well be Subway in Drag. Not impressed at all. We went there yesterday, I ordered a tuna sandwich, when asked what condiments I wanted I said, I’ll take a “hit” of oil and vinager, we’ll the kid drizzled oil slowly down the sandwich then drizzled oil back up the sandwich and then did the same thing with the vinegar (clearly not just a hit, more like a complete saturation). He appeared to know what he was doing so I didn’t question it. Well, by the time we got home (within 15 mins) that sandwich literally fell apart and I had to use a fork to eat it. My husband’s sandwich was ok but not up to par with Subway. I’m giving it 2 stars because the potato chips were good and the staff were friendly.

The food was good, there’s definitely a wait and that’s the only reason im giving 4 stars. The staff was nice and I even had a conversation with one of the staff members. The atmosphere is just busy! But the food was enjoyable! They should have a gumball machine for the kids waiting for there food.

Great service and sandwich was yummy. However, the sandwich making area was quite messy and ingredients have no doubt been sitting all day, there should always be fresh stuff. Grossed me out a little, the Subway down the street is cleaner
