I had zero wait for my online order during their grand opening. I even had a special request and they did it. I love having a sub shop that is so similar to Jersey Giant subs I grew up eating in the greater Lansing, MI area.

The cold subs are great. The hot subs are ight. My orders usually are ready at the scheduled time. Overall, the food is good. The hot sub really bring the rating down a star.

I have to give a shout out to Zoe! My boss had called in a catering order the night before for an important meeting and when I went to go pick it up in the morning, no one had any knowledge of any order that was made and there was no notes anywhere. As unprofessional and annoying as that is, Zoe killed it. She took control and ownership even though it wasn’t her fault and took the order and had it done quickly. She was quick to accommodate, she kept her cool, having been thrown a huge order without any prior warning, and had a smile on her face the whole time. She handled helping customers in between helping me, like a boss. Even offering to help me carry it to my car even though it was busy. She knows how to treat customers and keep her cool under stressful situations. That’s manager material.

Current Management needs to do a better job of communicating orders that are made. Shame on you! This was a very important order for a very important meeting and they dropped the ball. Zoe saved you guys. U better give her a raise. My job probably would never order from u guys again if it wasnt for her saving it.

Overall, everything was on point. Happy to have a Jersey Mike’s in town and I appreciate the overstaffing with trainers during the opening. Super smart move there. Haven’t tried a cheese steak yet, but I’m a little particular since I used to work at a Jersey Mike’s and prefer my own. The #7, 9, and 13 were great though. Everything is fresh and what you would expect.
A few nitpicks though are the bread getting pressed down during wrapping and the amount of toppings being wasted while cleaning the workstation. These things just take time to get better at, so not judging too hard. And a clean workstation is great and I’m not suggesting reusing the toppings or anything like that, but they’ll get better at keeping the toppings on the sandwich especially when it slows down to a normal pace.

Update 7/30
Online ordering was a bit disappointing. Crusty bread, basically no juice, banana peppers and pickles forgotten. Now that the training wheels are off and less of the corporate safety net, the standards are starting to slip.

They have all hands on deck and are moving through this massive grand opening line. The sandwich was really good and met my expectations.

Female employee not courtesy at all, asked I ordered online and walked away. Second time approaching skipped me to ask someone if they ordered online and ignored me, I suggest going to habit or subway no need for that.

Best sub and service I’ve had in a couple of years! The staff was friendly. The restaurant was packed of course because of recently opening, but service was fast and food was fresh. Definitely recommend.

Don’t order a hot sub, I guess you don’t get the option to put any sauce or toppings on your sandwhich that way? Dry ass Philly cheese for lunch. I guess cold sandwiches are amazing, though…
