Management needs to see this asap
If this is your Management the girl in the picture she literally has mood swings I was on a phone call for work and they she made my meal wrong I had to drive 25 minutes because of there mistake I called in she answer the phone the girl.in the picture she gave me attitude and said you didn’t see that your sub was made wrong ? Really I didn’t make the sandwich I order it and it’s your job to make it how the customer ask or is in your menu I came.to return it she opened it didn’t apologize for mistake no compensation for driving 25 minutes for there mistake I want this to get adress please if you don’t like your job quit dont treat customer bad simple

First time in a while ordered a number 13 Jersey Mike style, giant size. Everything was fine until I tasted. It felt like something was wrong try to return it. And they offered me a regular stop instead.

When they first opened their sandwiches were great, but as time goes on they keep getting worse and worse. Ordered door dash and asked for extra mayo, and got none that was visible on the sandwich. There was how ever so much vinager I couldn’t eat it. When I called to let them know what I got was a lesson in how they make their sandwiches. Great customer service not. So the last time I decided to go to the store. When the girl messed up my order and I realized it and called her out on it she had an attitude with because she screwed it up.

Hadn’t been to a Jersey Mike’s in many years, and can say this particular one did not disappoint. All of the employees, (there were 3 males) were super nice and polite! They worked fast and efficiently, and the restaurant was clean. Will definitely be going back soon.

Came in today for the first time, the staff was very friendly and attentive to everyone’s orders. After every sub the fixed they made sure the area was clean.
The only thing I did not like was that the owner of the love ramen came in and complained people were parking in front of his establishment, with the area growing and more restaurants/business moving into the center it should not be a war of who parks where, hopefully the owner of that business center does something to fix that problem.

Staff needs better training, started working on my order, then made me wait while they started working on someone else order that came in 5 min after me being waited on. Then decide to finish multiple orders before wrapping my subs, all this while the staff is having a personal conversation taking their time to prep the food. I’m a very patient person but you should not make a customer wait to try to make multiple orders at the same time. If I was there first they should have just finished taking care of me and move to next customer. Then once charged for my food over $60 worth the worker just hands a bag for me to bag my own food. This location needs better training. Poor customer service.

They just put this location here and we decided to try it. When we walked in we were greeted and the line was wrapped around the store.. no big deal it seemed to move pretty quickly.. we got to the counter and a nice gentleman took our order.. no problem. The staff made the orders quickly and happily. They had smiles they thanked us and we left. My issue is not with the staff or location my issue is with the food! I ordered a Mikes Philly Cheese… WHERE IS THW FLAVOR? There is no seasoning on the meat, the bread was rubbery, greasy and soggy and I love around the corner like 5 minutes max.. not a fan!

My child ordered a steak sandwich, but they made it cold. The steak was from the fridge, which was icy. I politely asked if they could heat it up, but they refused, saying that the menu indicated it was a cold sandwich. They were rude and seemed ready to fight. I don’t know if they serve dogs there too, but for normal people, it was impossible to eat icy meat with bread.
