They Set the tone for a positive experience with the atmosphere they provide for the customers, they’re always so interactive, They know U by name and they Have definitely set the gold standard for me when it comes to customer service. I know this is a very successful establishment by the amount of traffic that is in and out of this place, as a business owner, I can tell you right now you need to really take time to show these people how much they’re appreciated. My first ever Jersey Mike’s and it didn’t disappoint! With increased prices at Subway, I’ll gladly dine at Jersey Mike’s where I’m getting a 7 inch regular with military discount, and fresh ingredients that don’t look or taste freezer burned!

Wasn’t greeted when I walked in and the shop looked gross and messy. I stood there waiting since the lady looked busy. She asked what I wanted, not once said hi or anything. I asked for a sandwich with rosemary bread and she said they ran out of all bread except for wheat. When I was hesitant on accepting the wheat bread she rudely asked if I wanted it or not or I could go to the next shop that’s 5 mins away. The next shop was 20 minutes away, not 5mins. Don’t waste your time and money at this location. The other Jersey mikes are a lot better.

I have never been to a Jersey Mike’s Subs before, I was pleasantly surprised when I entered, I think all three employees greeted me. They have I believe every type of sub sandwich you can think of with your pick of four different types of bread.
I ordered a medium ( sizes-small, medium and large) #43 Chipotle cheese steak. My order was to go, got home and dug into sandwich. It was still warm and delicious. It was very good, I’ll be back very soon.

Did not disappoint, following a horrible service from McDonald’s last night I decided to visit Jersey Mike’s. Could not recommend enough!

I love it! This is my second time here, the first time I was a little hesitant to write a review because the person who made our sandwich was a bit rude, but then I explained that it was my first time there.
She changed her tone and helped us out. The sandwich was delicious, so we came back. We got a giant sandwich and shared it. It was enough for two people. At the moment, this is our favorite sub place.

Purchased a large turkey sub at $8.97. Staff was friendly and helpful and inquired which ingredients I wanted on my sandwich and made suggestions on add ins. Bread was soft and sandwich ingredients were fresh. It was the best sub sandwich I’ve had in a long time. Place was clean and excess staff was cleaning as I left. They have a self pour refill station for beverages with many choices. They also have plenty of chair & tables inside and chair & tables outside if your so inclined. Parking is in front of business. Just be careful backing out as hurried drivers use the parking lot to cut across from Coffee Rd to Centennial Plaza way.

Bread & food has always been superb! Service is good but suspect the attitude is they’re expecting a tip but are getting little to none for to-go orders. Old school => you don’t come to my table, no need for tip. I try to slip 10% for preparation & handling. We just love the cool little to-go bags.
