I have been here multiple times but in the last few months the quality has really gone down. About a month ago me and my wife ordered two sandwiches and they both only came with the meat and cheese they completely forgot the other toppings. On my most recent visit they served us raw chicken I took two bites and the texture felt off and upon opening it I realized the chicken was barely cooked and was 80% raw.

First time at this location. Wow, what a great team they have running the place. Was welcomed as soon as we walked in. Tyler was so helpful when it came to choosing which sandwich. I wanted a hot sandwich for my husband a cold sandwich. Ordered the #26 Bacon Ranch Chicken and

The cuisine here is exceptional. The service is excellent, although the ambiance can be a bit lively due to the number of patrons. Overall, it’s a remarkable establishment.

The workers here, especially the young ladies with the tattoos are extremely unprofessional and extremely rude. I simply asked if my giant sub could be cut in thirds because I have a dietary issue and eat the other third of the sub the following day. The girl grilling the sub had a huge attitude issue and even after apologizing and telling her I was sorry for being a pain and offered a tip, she said she didn’t want it and she was only “rude because I was rude.” Never in all my experience did I encounter such terrible service at a Jersey Mike’s. But with California’s new minimum wage law, these workers feel they’re on top of the world with their $20 an hour pay. Service has gone away with the increase in their wages. Never coming back here again. The attitudes are not worth spending your money in a place to support their wages.

They are very nasty to customers management and all. Sandwich was not made right to customer satisfaction and I called them to let them know and I got was gibberish. Daniel was the one I spoke to and he was very nasty over the phone to me. This is so unfair to do that to a customer after spending money. The sandwich was soaked like a sponge and hardly had any meat on it. They even forgot to put everything on my sandwich. I ask for corporate number they refuse to give it me me. I ordered there lots of times and never had an issue . Goes to show you as long as you spend it’s OK until a complaint. That’s OK now because I’ll never order a sandwich from them again as long as I’m breathing.

A bigst scam place i order 3 jaint turkey sandwich charged me $6 dollar just for the cheese if you want cheese you have tonpay extra I told for every single think its a extra charge I think subway is not good but its better than this place 100 % dont waste your money once you go pay $25 for one sandwich you will find out and there customer service is wors they didnt put salt and all other staff i ask i ask for turkey when I got home one was different sandwich I had to call them and go back to change my sandwich I will give 0000000000000 nasty place
