I showed up before closing, and there were three gentlemen in there none of which were going to serve me because they were closing soon. As a small business owner myself, I can’t afford to close my doors five minutes or 10 minutes even before it’s time to close. if you’re gonna be open till 9 o’clock, be open till 9 o’clock. On a positive note, the three guys were very nice, but they still wouldn’t serve me.

This place was recommended by a business neighbor as an alternative to the cheaper but established vendor around the corner. I have yet to identify a sammich redeeming the claim that this vendor is better than the other. My last sammich, #16 was all bread For $20, a bit more protein would have been more acceptable for the large sammich. The other vendor? More meat, more filling and less cost for a footlong.

The staff at this location were spectacular. My friend has gluten and dairy allergies. The team took the time to clarify with us, wiped everything down extremely thoroughly, and communicated clearly with one another how to handle her sandwich. We have visited other locations and have been pleased with how they handle allergies, but we were blown away by this team. We felt extremely respected. Amazing team, we are so grateful for the attentiveness.

Jersey Mike’s nails it for me. I am so pro sandwich and always have been. Subway has served me since a kid and through out my adult life, I am done with them. Jersey Mike’s does deli cuts sliced in front of you and going on your sandwich does volumes of excellence in my opinion. Veggies are fresh and generous portions. Then you have a team of crew members that are always polite. The atmosphere is with my experience. Send me more coupons please. –Btw #9 is my favorite.

Totally horrible experience. Ordered online 20 minutes before i arrived at the store. Once I arrived I waited over 30 minutes to get my order. The order was wrong. So I had to wait longer!!! No apologies given. No thank you for your business. Employees could care less. Please, please, please do not frequent this business. They do not deserve it. The crazy thing is that have them a generous tip online.

I’ve been a regular at this location for about 2.5 years and these folks have genuinely made me feel like I’m a part of something bigger. I show up pretty much every day for my lunch since I work a few shops down and receive their smiles and “welcome!”’s like a warm blanket, covering me as soon as I step in the door. The consistency in their kindness and in the quality of their food truly gives me a sense of ease knowing that whatever I’ve had to deal with that day, I can rely on them for proper sustenance, both for the body and for the soul. They know my order by heart and have never once disappointed me. Even their suggestions have left me satisfied, despite usually being challenged by trying new things. To feel such a strong sense of community and trust with people that I spend only a handful of minutes with a week is so humbling and fulfilling. Truly a location worthy of praise. Thank you guys! Went in and ordered two subs, 2 chips and two large drinks bill was $34+ gave them a $100 cash which I just got from my bank. They said they could not take it because it would take all their cash in there drawer??? Who does business this way? If you are unable to give someone cash back at $66 because it is going to take all your cash then you are not doing business correctly. Completely unprofessional, now your out making money off of my order plus you had already made my subs so now your business is out of the product. Does not take a genius to see that is how you lose a business. Will not ever be going back there. Plus they were rude in how they were handling the whole thing, no apology, no sorry for my inconvenience, just nothing as if I had wasted their time
