I had a great experience at this Jersey Mike’s location. They’re known for being straight to the point and making sandwiches just the way you want them, and they certainly lived up to their reputation. The staff was not only friendly but also very attentive to my preferences, ensuring that my sandwich turned out just the way I liked it. About $10 for a regular roast beef Sub and got it Mikes way which included the oil and Italian seasoning as well as tomatoes, lettuce and onions. Tasted great and bread, meet and cheese tasted fresh.

The only reason for 4 star vs 5, is it was a little messy in the restaurant and needed a good wipe down behind the counter as well as in the lobby. I appreciate a clean restaurant.

Sat in the outdoor seating which is nice and welcoming and the sub had the perfect texture that was a great quick dinner.
The employees were nice and service was quick.

My first time there, and very good. Good choices and a very good sandwich. Lots of meat, and it was very fresh. I’ve included a couple of photos for you. The large sandwich will feed two people for sure, three if you’re not too hungry. Give them a try!

Went to pick up my online order for the Hot Italian sandwich today which I had a week before from a different location;
I open the sandwich, first of all its not the right bread; ok no problem; it gets worse i dig in deeper I don’t see any meat just loads of lettuce and slices of tomato, i dig in more past the lettuce I discovered the smallest amount of meat tucked in there somehow well hidden because maybe they use one slice of pepperoni one slice of of ham etc and they dare to charge $10 for it, Im never coming back anywhere near this location again

Worst jersey mikes I’ve ever been to. Customer service was ridiculously bad. The sandwiches were switched up (wrong bread for each one, forgot toppings on one and added what I asked NOT to be put on). Hire new people if you’re the franchise owner. Seriously, if you own this place, watch your cameras inside from about 1:10pm to 1:30 on Sunday 2/2 – guy behind counter was literally yelling at people “what do you want on your sandwich!” in an angry tone – especially to the mom with her kids. She left saying she was going to call the owner. There were two guys working there that were complete jerks to everyone inside. I asked the people outside eating already about it and they said the employees were probably trying to discourage people from eating there so they wouldn’t have to work. Awesome.

This place has the worst employees I’ve ever met, they were more prioritized with their conversation than paying attention to the subs. The subs are different sizes even though I paid for 2 regulars. I’ve never been to a jersey Mike’s that has lazy employees like this one. I’m not sure if it was just that shift’s employees but I won’t be coming back to this location due to the lack of professionalism (doesn’t take much effort, I work in a actual restaurant so I personally know). Really ridiculous.

Food is decent, but they prioritize in person orders over ordering ahead. Don’t tell me my order will be ready at 1 when it’s not until 1:20. Plenty of folks who were not even in line when I got there got their order first. Looks like I’ll be favoring board and brew from now on.

Ordered a large tuna sub with all the fixings for delivery with a bottle of soda and lays baked chips this evening. We utilized Postmates for the delivery, and the service was excellent. The sandwich was so good and I saved half for lunch tomorrow.

I came in just a few minutes ago to pick up my online order. I got in line behind somebody that was paying. Right after they finished somebody that wasn’t working the pickup area asked the lady that came in after me that was behind me with her dog what her name was for her order. They filled her order before me even though I entered first, was next in line, and right in front of the staff working the pick up area/register. I don’t know if it’s stupidity or racism, but I’ll never give this place any more business having such a bad experience. Would give no stars if possible.
