Hate to say this but Just about every time I go this location to get a sandwich I get attitude from these guys. They act as if they’re doing the paid customers a favor by buying a sandwich. I won’t return to this location. There are better locations near by.

I’d love to give this a negative rating, but I’ll settle for a 1*. We go in every other week and place an order well over $50. We ALWAYS get attitude (last time my wife left the store to avoid interacting with the guys at the counter). Now today, there was a misunderstanding in the order (partly my fault), but when I called to question it, the young man said “yeah? what’s the problem”… “that’s the way you ordered it”. He would not even give his name and hung up on us.
So rude, No “customer is right” at this store. We will never go back there again. Good luck.

By far the Best authentic Italian Sub. My go to is the #13 Mike’s Way. Google maps is off. Shopping center across the street from Ralphs in the Juice Stop building.

Stopped by this location on a mini road trip, also grabbed a woodfire pizza in the same Plaza. Employee was very cool and nice, genuinely enjoyed what he was doing and the sub was perfect. My kids and I thank you and keep rocking

Horrible service! Was there on 1-2-25 at 3:30 pm. Guy had an attitude and totally ignored me. Too busy taking inventory and playing on his phone. When I asked him to cut a large in 5 pieces and the medium in 3 pieces he said he could do anything. I also bought a medium and ask d to cut in three. Again I can do anything. Then proceeded to cut the large in 4 and the medium in 2 and just threw it in the bag. I told them if I had an employee treat customers like he did I would fire them on the spot. I asked who the manager was and he said John. I asked what John’s last name was and he said he didn’t know because he never asked him. Really?? I have been in a number of Jersey Mike’s and never been treated like that. Will never go into this one again. And after living in San Clemente for over 50 years I will tell everyone I know!!!!!!!

I ordered a turkey provolone sandwich and, like baristas, I feel like sandwich makers differ from one another on how well or different they make theirs. Mine was so perfect, I called to get the name of who put it together. Lela did an amazing job of putting just the right amount of oil and mayo! It was the best. The customer service here is always so friendly and upbeat. They are very efficient and fast. I’m so happy they opened up so close to where I live!

They have great sandwiches! The bread is always fresh and all the ingredients on it! There super friendly there. There super clean and safe!! There to expensive in my opinion, but it’s worth it every once in awhile for a good sandwich. I’d go more if it didn’t cost so much!

I’m a huge fan of sandwiches and I’m preferential to east coast sandwiches. It’s hard for me to find any on the west coast that can compete with those across the country. I still can’t put my finger on why. BUT…Jersey Mike’s comes pretty darn close to those east coast deli sandwiches I love so much. I e tried several items on the menu and enjoyed each one. Hard to go wrong here. Service is great too. I called my order in ahead and it was ready when I got there. In and out in less than 5 minutes.

Brad and his team are the best. They are always in a happy, funny mood. They make the sandwiches with care like how you’d make one for yourself. They are always happy to make your sandwiches even during rush times of the day and they still NAIL IT every time… we eat there often and they have never once messed up and order. These guys (and gals)work hard and do a great job and always make you feel welcome. Super chill place, and the food is always bomb. Thanks guys for killin it. Keep it up.
