Love this location for their sub. I mostly get their giant number 9 with their roast beef, turkey, swiss cheese in Mike’s way no tomatoes. I highly recommend getting your subs done in Mike’s way because it brings out the flavor and it lives up to the name “Jersey Mikes” by getting it Mike’s way lol.

Horrible customer service, I placed the order online and it was supposed to be ready by 8:32 PM But when I arrive, they hadn’t even started on it yet, and the guy claimed that they barely received it, I sat inside for a little while, and then I noticed that they barely started grilling the meat, so I went to my car and waited then when I went back inside to grab my food The tall blonde white guy with a short hair was mad dogging me as he checked the name on the bag and gave me the silent treatment. I hope the manager sees this and knows what kind of person they hired.

I’ve always been a subway guy , wanted to try something different.
I ordered the medium ‘grand kahuna’ which was filling , lot of meat and cheese . I did notice there was abnormal amount of jalapeños , hey it’s ok we can always remove the excess :/) .
You can tell the bread is fresh and tastes great . The guys at the counter were friendly and helpful.

8 out of 10 times we order from this location the sandwich bread is hard. Today is no different, the bread is stale. This is ridiculous, please pay attention and ensure your bread is fresh. We love jersey mikes however eating hard bread only cuts the top of your mouth.

First visit to a Jersey Mike’s and already off to a bad start. Waited patiently in line with everyone else and ordered a tub. Paid. Then I watched sandwich after sandwich cranked out as I’m standing at the counter almost directly in front of the register and the cashier. This went on for several minutes and nobody bothered to ask me what I was waiting for. I finally asked somebody behind the counter where my order was and their excuse was they must have “given it to someone else.” Well no you didn’t give it to someone else, I was watching every order being made and there were no other tubs. Just admit you forgot my order, geez. Then he had the nerve to ask me if I had already paid when I had a soda in my hand that only the cashier can give you a cup for. What a bunch of absent minded idiots that work here! At least the food tasted good. Will definitely NOT be back to this location.

I always like to order my favorite, a #2 Jersey Shore’s with the phone app with some customization. The app is very convenient, and the sandwich is usually ready at the pickup time. I typically set the pickup time 30 minutes after they open, during the non-busy time.

Their door and website say they close at 9pm, but I just showed up at 7:22pm and it’s closed and turned off, an employee in the back. Sad I drove here to get lunch during work and they aren’t open

Not busy. I have been to this location at least 5 times in the 2.5 yrs here in California, in my total 10 years with Jersey Mike’s. Mostly in Colorado but shouldn’t make a difference. Last 2 times ( not counting this one) service sub par and I’m not a snob. Just want what I order. I get the reg Italian,Mike’s way ( on half,side dressing for the other half) extra onion and pickles. Simple,but not,I guess. Last time ordered was September,messed it up . Just gave them another chance ( cause I love the flavor and quality) not only did I not get a receipt,I gave a tip like I always do,and the same tall guy frowning behind the counter.think he is the manager or lead. Not sure what the problem is.togos used to be my favorite,they have gone downhill unfortunately. I just don’t see how 24dollars is worth what I just received and I love the Maui onion chips as well. Tomatoes were fresh I had to ask them to refill the lettuce. I’m sorry just it worth it, won’t be eating at Jersey Mike’s again.
