I love this jersey mikes! Shelby the manager is always soooo helpful and always is so positive! She knows me and my family and when I walk in she knows my boys are super picky (only one slice of cheese) and she’s always soooo accommodating! I love to come in when she’s working cuz she really puts love the Sandwichs she makes and I appreciate that! Also Eliana is amazing! Really nice when I see them they always take such good care of me and my family! I will always come to this JM especially when they are working!! The store is always clean and all around good vibes! Thank you for always doing your very best and the great service!!!

Poop explosion in the bathroom, extremely slow. 45 minutes to get 4 sandwiches… then the cashier said there was a 8 dollar charge to use a card and she brought out a square device to have us use. Highly suspicious…. the counter was filthy, the floor a mess and there was about 30 people fuming mad waiting for a stupid sandwich.

The customer service was horrible. Both of the women working didn’t act like she cared about serving anyone. Was out of a lot of ingredients and would act annoyed when you asked her questions or wanted something subbed out. Not a fan of my experience at this jersey mikes. If you don’t want to talk to people , get a different job.

Just left the restaurant….. visiting from out of town and everything was closed pretty much early in town except Jersey Mike’s!!! The two girls working were so sweet and kind. Super helpful navigating around d food allergies. I absolutely loved the service these two staff members provided.

Not the best location. Never crazy busy but always slow service! We ordered online, told it would be ready in ten minutes. Showed up in ten minutes and told them what pick up order I was waiting for. The employee confirmed it will be ready shortly. Ten minutes went by and they still hadn’t even STARTED our hot sub. While we were waiting discovered they put the sandwich directly on the counter, not in the cutting board and not on the paper they wrap it in. Food quality is always good but the service, wait and cleanliness need a LOT of work
