My girlfriend and I just had lunch there today and I wanted to let this crew know that you’re all damn rockstars. We watched people order sandwich after sandwich, decline Mike’s Way, but then ask for onion, lettuce, tomato, mayo, seasoning, and juice…not one of the staff laughed. Rockstars. Saints.

Consistently mess up orders. At least it tastes OK. Apparently making sandwiches correctly is more difficult than I thought because it appears these guys can’t put the correct sandwich together. Ask for one sandwich they just give you something completely different. This is why fast food workers don’t get higher pay. The job is not that difficult to be screwing it up this often.

Phoned in an order. 3 giants. Called while passing through moreno valley. When I arrived no one greeted me or acknowledged me at the counter. I really like the food, but they take too long to prepare orders! There is no system to prepare in person orders separately from online orders. Instead, you’ll watch 20 sandwiches being made in front of you and miss your entire lunch hour before they acknowledge you. Online/Uber Eats orders are definitely prioritized. Meanwhile, the line grows to 15 people who appear to be distracting them from what they prefer to do…online orders! The establishment needs a separate prep area for online orders so that customers who come into the store can be served efficiently. Until then…order online!
