I am giving this place 5 stars based on the two workers tonight. The young woman and man killed it tonight. I got in early for my order like way to early thought it had to be a typo. The place had a huge rush. The two staff members handle the crowd with a great attitude. The repor with the customers coming in was outstanding. I have a two yr old I had to take to the car. The staff young lady I think thought I was going to bail out because I was waiting so long and brought me out one of the sandwiches. Made me laugh and admir the dedication to her work and customers service. Give those two a raise they ran that store tonight with outstanding repo and customers service. They were exhausted from working so hard. The young man even made fresh bacon when they were out for my wife’s food. I could tell he wasn’t feeling it but he went ahead & busted it out. Food was done right

Ordered catering two days before for my five-year-old‘s birthday party asked to have it ready by 10:30AM on a Saturday. They said no problem, we open at 10 am on Saturdays, we will have it ready the moment you arrive. When I arrived, The 50 sandwiches were 100% ready to go and the gentleman behind the counter was kind enough to ask exact kind of chips I wanted for the party and help me work through the selections :). Great customer service and customer experience. Bonus points for the store being immaculately clean the upon arrival

I rarely do reviews and felt like I needed to do one for this place in particular.. it’s close to where I live and everytime I order online they mess up my order, but.. everytime I call it in for them to fix it the workers are very helpful and not rude to me at all. They always tell me they will fix it and make me a whole new sandwich at that! Something they can work on is the issue with orders not being done correctly. Overall personnel has been polite to me!

They would not accept my “buy one sandwich get one free” because the one employee thought it was fake. So without making a scene I paid in full for two giants at full price around $40!!! Not cool….. My wife used it at the Jersey Mike’s in San Marcos few days later, it didn’t scan but they still excepted the acknowledged the coupon. Now thats great customer service!!! Pretty much if you have coupons go elsewhere….. I still love Jersey Mike’s!!! But definitely won’t go back to this location.

Once again this particular site messes up part of our order. We were VERY SPECIFIC about what was wanted and NOT wanted. The young man showed the order ticket in an attempt to show it was our fault. Upon ordering he repeated it verbatim! They did remake the sandwich, somewhat reluctantly. This issue of constant mistakes is exactly the reason we rarely patronize this Jersey Mike’s. And now the no longer carry Tastykakes. We’ll be going back to Philly Frank’s even though it’s out of the way.

Jersey Mikes has always been one of my favorite sandwich spots because of the best item on their menu, the Mikes Way Club Sub with everything on it! It’s been my go-to meal for years, and at one point on a weekly basis. The Giant portion size, Tuesday rewards program, and high quality sandwich they produce as a whole were all reasons which kept me coming back. As of recently, I’ve been getting their California Club Sub which is the same thing, but also features avocado. This past week I was humbled a bit, I didn’t particularly enjoy noticing the low quality turkey breast used on a California Club Sub I ate. It was very bland and lacked flavor. I honestly think that the turkey breast has always been somewhat bland and that I simply overlooked this truth because I was enjoying the salt & vinegar so much that I didn’t take the time and give any attention to the turkey. I may need to branch out and try the rest of their menu for a while until they can bring the turkey breast quality into fruition. The service gets no infractions and is consistently quality, they’re professionally casual. The dining experience is quite a standard one, there’s nothing to write home about, but again its goal is to be casual so just be sure you’re aware that this isn’t a typical sit down place, but rather a fast food styled atmosphere.
