check your order before you leave. every time i’ve ordered for pick up, the sandwich has had no toppings on it, just meat and bread. and like others have mentioned, this location will have you waiting an additional 30 min minimum after pick up time in store for your online order to be ready. then add the time driving all the way back home, back to the location, waiting in line to get your sandwich made correctly, you’ve wasted several hours to get a sandwich you paid 20$ for, made as you originally ordered it. pretty ridiculous and not worth it.

Order placed online for two regular sandwiches. I arrived to a packed restaurant – long line of people waiting to order AND long line of people waiting to pickup. The people ordering in person were served immediately in that they ordered, sandwich was made immediately and then they paid and left. The line of in person orderers moved very quickly and pleasantly. Meanwhile, people who’d ordered online waited for a minimum of 30 minutes for their orders. After 30 minutes, I asked for a refund and was told to wait just another minute as my sandwiches were just waiting to be bagged. I was also told the slowness was due to a previous 30-sandwich online order. The woman picking up that order left in a huff after a long wait. The process needs to change! Online orders should be filled in a timely manner. Penalizing people who order online is BAD business. Reallocate staff to fill online orders that have been in queue much longer than walk-in customers have been in line waiting to order.

I bought a combo meal and tried to get Pepsi Zero from the soda fountain. It was completely out of syrup for Pepsi Zero, so they let me exchange my cup for a 20oz of Pepsi Zero. That was very thoughtful and greatly appreciated!

I love this jersey mikes! The employees, especially Josh and Dayna! They can remember the orders easily and put love into my heavenly sandwich. I just went with my dad and they were very helpful and funny. Ok and of course I had to give some tasty food to my dog! Duh he loves pepperoni. His insta: rockets_ranch !

The customer service was incredible! I walked in and the first thing that happened was they complimented my appearance, so I went in feeling really good.

I visited Jersey Mike’s to order a number 8 and was greeted warmly by Carlos, who ensured I felt welcomed. My sub was made just right, and I have no complaints whatsoever. The location was clean, and the excellent service will definitely bring me back soon.

How do you run out of bread at 715? Unacceptable for a sandwich place!

In general, I love Jersey mikes. Their sandwiches are never bad. This specific location is probably the worst. The sandwiches were also not the best. This isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had with their sandwich makers, but because they were rude to my mother I felt it was necessary. To the gentleman working tonight (sat 2.15 @ approx 730 pm) with the darker complexion I appreciate your willingness to do your job. To the other two lighter complexion employees I hope you realize when you’re working for a business they expect you to do your job. There’s no need to be rude to what looks like your only customers on a Saturday night. Hope you get more training or fired. I placed my order online at 718 asap pick up, arrived at 740, the food wasn’t even started. It was ready in 13 minutes. Why couldn’t it be done by 740?? Not sure, but I won’t be returning not to this one. And the sandwiches were not appetizing. Poorly put together. It’s not like you were busy. I have no idea why it was this bad.

Most of my purchases are in-store, but from time to time, I place pickup orders. Unfortunately, Ive noticed that the quality of my pickup sandwiches is consistently lower, which is why I wanted to reach out. The assembly tends to be sloppy, there’s never enough shredded lettuce, and overall, the sandwich looks and feels thinner compared to the ones made in front of me. I hope the staff understands that even when no one is watching, every sandwich should be made with the same care and quality. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for all customers.

My club sandwich was very good. It happened to be the last day for a bogo and the place was so busy that they only had wheat bread left. More was baking. I must say, the wheat was better than I expected, as I never pick it. They did a good job under the circumstances.
