I usually go to the Caramel Mountain location, but my wife and I were in the area and wanted to pick up something on the way home. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted right away and Janelle let me know she would be right with me. Janelle was amazing, she had great customer service and made the experience even better. I ordered a Giant sub with the meat portion of a mini. There was no point in even going back and getting a new one since I was on a limited lunch schedule , none the less try and figure out why they thought that this was “ok” to serve. Smh won’t be going back even though this is one of the few food locations in the industrial side of Poway. (I’ve received a bigger “regular” sized sandwich) 23$ for this

The worst jersey mikes location you could possibly think of. After ordering lunch here continually online and my sandwich not once being done when I arrive I’ve given up on this location. Doesn’t matter how big you tip or don’t tip if you order online expect to sit around for another 10-15 minutes to wait for your sandwich. I’d understand if it was busy but today I showed up 10 min after my sandwich should have been done and again waiting another 15 for it. UPDATE: i emailed the guy below me as asked and just like their in store service I got zero response. Avoid this location and drive another few miles to the next one. They clearly dont care here.

I didn’t get the name of the young lady who made our sandwiches, but she was so pleasant and personable. It was my first time visiting this location, and it was the best service I’ve ever had. My son and I ordered #7s, and we both agreed they were the best we’ve ever had.

Came here a few times after 5 and the workers were amazing ! Chanel stood out to me the most very friendly and made sure my experience was great , most definitely will come back to this location, bathrooms were so clean and fresh and the whole store was just so spotless
