I highly recommend this Poway location. After eating substandard sandwiches from Subway for decades, I recently switched over to Jersey Mike’s. I have to admit the price stunned me a bit so I stopped going there. However, after returning to Subway, I remembered that old saying “you get what you pay for” so I quickly returned to Jersey Mike’s & will never leave again. In fact, if I can’t afford it for that night, I will go w/o subs all together for that night. Cheaper substitutes will no longer be an option for this family. Their bread is soft & their meats are freshly sliced deli style. The lettuce is green, crispy & shredded into the perfect size which is important to a lettuce lover like me!! I always had to ask Subway, “can you please remove all of those large dead white pieces?” The best part is Jersey Mike’s consistency…the subs always taste fresh & yummy. I’ve ordered from this location about 5x now & haven’t had one single complaint! My whole family loves it & gets excited when I say “I think I’ll get Jersey Mike’s for dinner!” Joining their “Shore Points” reward program is well worth it & the points accumulate pretty fast for me b/c I spend about $100 with each visit. I love it when I earn a free Giant Sub. They gave me 80 points recently as a birthday gift which is a nice bonus & helps earn free food. The points never expire!! The staff at this Poway location is so friendly & nice….they greet me right away & smile too!! They all make a darn good sandwich!!! Friendliness is an important element for me when choosing locations. I actually drive a little further to get to this location because the friendliness of the staff makes it worth it. I had ordered Rosemary bread for 2 of my subs recently & the gentleman (wish I had his name) working there called me to say that they were out of Rosemary bread & what would I like as a substitute? He didn’t want to hold up my order from being processed by waiting until I arrived to pick up the order. Who does that…no one!! I was so impressed with his thoughtfulness & his common sense! It’s just another example as to why I return to this location. I could never order online with Subway because they screwed up the order every time. I lost out on many promotions that would have benefited me but required online ordering. I had to order in person so I could supervise the Subway staff making my sandwiches so I never got to use the convenient online ordering option. I don’t have that problem whatsoever at Jersey Mike’s. This is the first sub shop that I can confidently order online with. They have never failed me. They even put on the perfect amount of the condiments I order. They don’t need supervising to make your sandwich the way you ordered it! I will definitely continue to order from Jersey Mike’s & especially from this location. Lastly, I would like to mention that their online Mobile app is super user friendly. It’s beautiful & the sections aren’t all cluttered. It’s actually one of the best food ordering mobile apps & websites I’ve seen!! Kudos to the Webmaster and/or the app tech master (sorry…don’t know titles).

The staff was so quick but efficient. Food looked very fresh and good. I had ordered 7 wraps and a salad bowl. Everything was very delicious. If I had to pick a flaw it was that they were very pricey. Good food but on the high end of the spectrum for price.
