Never had a great sub here. It is close so it is good in a pinch. When they say “fresh sliced right in front of you” they are not talking about the tomatoes, lettuce, or avocados. Shame on the avocados, what they use is more of a paste, that wouldn’t pass as guacamole.

The food is always great but when I asked for jalapeños on both my sandwiches I swear they did want Subways does and counts out the jalapeños. I barely got to taste any of it and neither did my co worker. Other than that the food was great. I can’t say amazing. I guess it just depends on service with each sandwich maker.

I was at Ross shopping which is next door to the Jersey Mike’s. I called the store 5 mins to closing so it could be done by the time I got there. A man answered the phone and I asked to place an order, before I could say anything else I was hung up on. I guess I’ll take my service elsewhere.

I was never really a fan of this place until recently, found the #13 and i have to say it is quite delicious. The Rosemary parm bread just adds to it at times but can be a little tough. I love that they have the order online and they give you a window of time it will be done and its always correct and always ready when they say.

Overall, I think this shop does a good job taking care of customers and the store itself is clean and maintained. As for the food, it’s okay, but ultimately it’s still just a big box franchise sandwich and personally I find the price to be steep.
