The three stars that I gave in general is for the taste of the food. It’s very good and the wait time is reasonable however, the customer service is very lacking. I never like to leave anything but five stars however I’ve worked in customer service for 20 years, doing this very job for a few of those years and every time I walk in it seems like they don’t want to be bothered. I’m watching other customers get serviced and it’s just not very friendly. They’re not rude however not welcoming. “When they look at each other like who’s going to service her?”, it’s a bit off putting. I also used to do secret shopping so I know exactly what I am talking about. Again I don’t like leaving bad reviews but … step your game up.

Thank you, store 20369 Lemon Grove, Ca. I was amazed at how friendly you all were from the time I opened the door to my finial exit. I was greeted with several warm smiles which meant so much to me. I was contemplating if I should ever walk back into a Jersey Mike’s restaurant ever again being I had just left the location on El Cajon Blvd and College Ave. I walked out with utter disbelief and with sadness in my heart. I couldn’t belive what I had just encountered not by one male employee, but two male employees there. Thank you, Lemon Grove for going beyond and above in excellence to treat me respectfully. Thank you for allowing me to release (vent) my awful encounter with you from another location. You continued to empathize and provide me with a level of compassionate customer service.

I dont usually eat here but it is conveniently close to my job ,they charged me twice and i went back showed them my bank acount and the girl was very rude to me i was calm, i dont like to waist my time going back, but i also dont like to give money away, very bad customer service and experience

I don’t know what was going on tonight but the staff did not follow any directions. I asked for bacon and they never put that on the sandwiches. Don’t charge me for something i did not get on my sandwich. You’re better off going to the jersey mikes in La Mesa. They’re actually attentive and friendly.

This was the first time I tried Jersey Mike’s tuna, and it was very good. Maybe a little heavier on the mayo than I would like, but still quite tasty. It’s good to know that they make fresh batches every day as needed, and what is left over at the end of the day is thrown out.
I had the mini, Mike’s way on wheat with extra pickles with Sun Chips and an unsweetened iced tea. The wheat bread was good, and so was everything inside the sandwich. With exception to the tuna, they do pile on the rest of the ingredients nicely. The ice tea was good as well.
Service was upbeat and friendly, as per usual for most Jersey Mike’s around town. The facilities were clean.

It’s always a bad sign when someone has tuna and scraping the container and not getting a new batch. Keep that left over spoiled food for someone else. That is why you just go inside sandwiches places for whatever reason you find the laziest nasiest employees.
