These guys are lame. This was a skimpy sandwich. I got there at my pick up time and they hadn’t even started on the sandwich. I asked if it was busy at the end he said nah it’s been dead. I shouldn’t have tipped lol. I will try another location next time. They’re also awkward as hell in there. My area (san fernando) usually gives pretty fat sandwiches and has a great attitude when I walk in. I do not recommend this location.

Update: Management never responded to my email which they requested for me to reach out .
I placed the order at 12:17 PM and received an email confirming that it would be ready at 12:32 PM. No big deal. It’s now 12:37 PM, and I’m 5 minutes past the “curbside” drop-off time. I called the store, and the employee, Esmeralda, answered. She said, “You placed the order too early and arrived too early. I’ll be out in a bit; it’s rush hour.” Before I could say anything else, she hung up the phone.
Then, I saw Esmeralda walking back and forth, looking for my vehicle. When she approached me, she said, “That’s not a Toyota Corolla.” If she isn’t happy working for Jersey Mike’s, she should find another job. This is my first and last time coming to this location. If she’s a reflection of the company, then the location speaks for itself.

Stood there for 5 minutes. Staff never acknowledged me or took my order. Never going back. At least say be right with you.

The service was good, Our order was all off, we ordered online and asked for no onions on 2 sandwiches and onions on one other and they gave us onions on the wrong sandwich . The sandwich was very bare, and cut lazily. I’ve been to other jersey mikes and this place gave us barley any lettuce the sandwich was mostly bread and the ends were practically only meat and cheese. The tomato didn’t look very fresh and the mini was smaller then at other locations. All around a disappointing experience for a jersey mikes. I feel as if there were trying to conserve some of the produce and not give a lot but for the amount we pay for a sandwich that’s not very fair.

I walked in and went to use the restroom before I ordered and one of the employees asked me if I was going to order. I told her I was going to buy a soda but was going to use the bathroom first. She couldn’t seem to grasp the concept that I did not want to bring the soda into the bathroom so followed me and wouldn’t stop knocking and yelling at me through the door until I was done and left the store

Jersey Mike’s sandwiches always taste fresh. I especially like their Parmesan herb bread. Delicious. I also like the fact that they offer senior discounts and that every purchase earns you points towards a free sandwich.

What is a reasonable time to go expect an online order on a late Saturday afternoon ? 15 mins? 30 mins? 45 mins?
Placed an online order and had to wait 45 mins past the pickup time.
The manager was prioritizing in person orders and made some excuse that the meat slicer was down or something but was able to address the in person orders.
10 mins later, requested to refund my order.
Manager said the sandwiches are almost done and about to wrap up, and i responded, not going to wait any longer and who knows how long it will take them to get it to the finish line.
Worth noting that there was another person who waited an hour already.
Its just sandwiches, and not much to it. Not sure why this place is ran so inefficiently.
I recommend not going to this location.

My sandwich was overfilled and messy to eat. Came in last week near the end of the night and the staff was unwelcoming & rude. Male with mustach worker seemed reluctant and lazy to serve me just because it was near the end of the night. Some of us get off work late and we don’t mean to inconvenience you. Felt very uncomfortable overall and like my business was an inconvenience. Will be going to different locations now.
